DON’T TRUST AND JOE IS CHILD LIKE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, Debbie was very pleasant. I had a horrible experience with Joe. My wife was in our car and struck from behind. Brought the car to Blufton auto body they did minimal work. Advised them of issues with the car pointing out that you could see damage to the back bumper. Brought it to Joe’s attention even showed him what was observed. Used a ruler to show him how one side was pushed in. He advised he would look and take care of it. Went back they did nothing and when I pointed it out Joe could not be bothered. He said Jeeps are not perfect, asked him to put that in writing he said no I asked him why he stated”because I don’t want to”, a statement my granddaughter who is 5 would say. Told him I recorded our conversation and as I turned away he stated, “record this” as my back was to him”. He gave me the finger. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. When we spoke he basically was telling me to go under the car if I think there was something wrong and look. So I did photos show frame underneath with signs of buckling, misalignment of bumper and door; area on side which was buckled. They did basically replacement of a hinge and repainted door nothing more. I have never had a business not want to do a job which they would of been paid for so unprofessional. I asked them to take pictures of the work in progress and was told they would. They didn’t and when asked why was told take your own pictures; how can a customer do that when they are not present when the work is being done.

The guys in there know exactly what they’re doing and they’re very real and truthful. I brought my car in for a window regulator issue. They pulled my car around back and got my window up for me. Same day estimate and ordered the part overnight. This place is busy for a reason.

Just picked up my Corvette from Bluffton Auto Body. The shop did an outstanding job painting and installing some aero parts. A perfect job from an honest shop. Highly recommended!!! Being in need of body work/paint will (almost) always be a bad thing, but if you want the work done right take it to Bluffton Auto Body with confidence.

I have a driver side window that shorts every now and then. I called today and the owner said to come in, he'd look at it. He personally temporarily fixed the problem. Nice to know there are still good people in the world.If I need auto body repairs I will definitely use this business.

I scratched my car on th the side of my garage. It was the garage his fault, but my insurance company wouldn't except that. I took my car to bluffton auto body and was very pleased that they were able to buff out the scratch and only charge me $200 I'm sure that had I gone through my insurance it would've been much more. Moreover, they were extremely nice and sold Girl Scout cookies. highly recommend

I must preface this comment by emphasizing the fact that I have never once felt the need to admonish a business owner despite unpleasant experiences in the past. The owner, Joey, is the single worst individual I have ever encountered as a businessman. My vehicle took 4 months to schedule for repairs and even after I confirmed my appointment the week prior, I arrived to find out that they had no information and my appointment was canceled. Once it was finally in the shop, I was lied to 3 different times about the duration of repairs, which I respectfully mentioned was time-sensitive. On the day I was told it would finally be ready I call (because nobody communicated with me) to confirm pickup. I was told they just opened a box with a part and it was not painted. I could come pick up the vehicle, but they’d need me to come back to quickly paint the part. Joey emphasized over and over again that it would only take 5 minutes and I could stop by anytime. Given my hesitance of such a reassurance given prior failed promises, I asked if I could make an appointment. He said that was not necessary and reiterated repeatedly that it was just 5 minutes to address. When I show up, his staff is perplexed. They share some unflattering comments about Mr. Joey and say the 5 minute guarantee is not feasible. When Joey arrives he immediately starts yelling in my face, denying his comments, and admonishing me in front of his staff with such unprofessional rhetoric like, “you’re an idiot.” I ask him to be more respectful and am surprised by his outburst. He continues to vent and yells at me to leave and get out. Stunned, I am standing there with his technician, and neither of us know what to say or do. I don’t care how many positive reviews you see for Bluffton Autobody—please do not look past this sincere and honest account. Any attempt by Joey to spin the actual interactions with a dishonest narrative are simply for show. This owner does not deserve anyone’s business and I will even be contacting my insurance company to advise them to consider removing Bluffton Autobody from any list of legitimate vendors. Bad business and an even worse person.Service: Body & Trim

Worst experience Ive ever had with any vendor. ***** is great in the front office, but the owner named **** is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and untruthful. It took 4 months to get my vehicle in for an appointment to be repaired, I showed up after confirming the week prior, only to find out that they did not have my information and said it had been canceled (?) the timeline for the scheduled repairs changed 3 different times and finally **** told me they were waiting on a part, but found out that after recently opening the box it was not painted yet. He blatantly lied to me and said to come back any time without an appointment and it would take 5 minutes to correct. That did not make sense to me, but even after clarifying and confirming he once again reiterated a stop by, its no big deal, well have it done in 5 minutes guarantee. I asked if I could have a solid appointment and he said that was not necessary. I arrive first thing in the morning and the staff is baffled. They have no idea why he would say such a thing so misleading. **** finally arrives and without any courtesy whatsoever starts yelling in my face, claiming a totally false narrative, and then proceeded to berate me in front of staff by calling me an idiot. I asked him to please be respectful and it only infuriated him more before walking off and telling me to leave. He knew he was wrong the entire time, but did not have the decency to admit fault and previous misleading remarks. Please consider this irrational behavior should you ever choose to use this companys services. It was the worst experience I have ever had and I would never be one to take the time to submit such a complaint.
