We originally went to the after-hours emergency service at this location when our dog ate 3.5lbs of chocolate (you read that correctly)?. The emergency service was so wonderful that we decided to try the regular clinic. So glad I did, the vet and assistants were all so kind and great with my dog!! Highly recommend!

I met Dr Lane and associates during a very difficult time , as we said good bye to our 16 year old Sunny . Dr Lane treated me and Sunny with the upmost respect , compassion and kindness . I really don’t think I’ve ever had a veterinarian be as empathetic as she was with me . I felt blessed to have her with us as I said good-bye to my best friend .

The staff and doctors love and care so much for all the animals that come in there. We've had two dogs under their care, and we trust them so much. So reliable and informative on any questions you have

Been a client of Dr. Parker's for 27 years now. One of the most compassionate people you will ever meet. This man doesn't help our fur babies for the money.... He helps because he truly cares. There are not enough superlatives to describe this veterinarian. There's something to be said about experience and dedication. Look no further folks.

I had to take my dog to CVC on Sunday due to a partially torn ligament in his back leg. I was a mess emotionally, and all of the staff were accommodating and so stinking sweet!! From Dr. Iulo giving my boy kisses on the floor to an employee giving my mom a blanket because she was cold. We had the best experience and so grateful for everyone being there on a Sunday! Thank you beyond words!! ♥️

Best Vet ER we have ever visited. Dr Dana and staff were wonderful. We were here on vacation and our dog was sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Dr Dana treated him and consulted with us every step of the way.She was so kind and caring.

I go to Dr. Parker and the only doctor I would ever go to! He is amazing and always has been. I don't know about any of the other doctors or the staff but Dr. Parker is the best.

Dr Parker is very knowledgeable and practical. Our Senior dog likes him, as I'm sure our new puppy will on her first visit in 2 weeks.

I have gone to them for years, but they recently changed their procedure and they won't let you wait inside, the vet and the techs come out in the parking lot and take care of my pets. Not a fan of this. There is a low cost vet that does services in parking lots of various businesses, I would rather go to them than pay more for a parking lot visit with Coastal Vet Clinic.

Have used for over a year now. Costs are in line with the area. Friendly and caring. Helpful on the phone for small issues without requiring a visit. ABonus is emergency vet clinic in same location and can access records.

I can’t say how much I appreciate this clinic and their help with my sick pup today. Phenomenal service, went above and beyond to inform us throughout our visit, and where to go from here with continued care. We travelled from Savannah on a Sunday, and it was well worth the drive. Would recommend this veterinary clinic time, and time again. Thank you all so much!

NEVER ON TIMEI have been going to this vet for a long time, love the people, but hate the way they communicate and treat me. I am so tired of waiting for 30 or 45 minutes or even an hour to see the vet past my appointment time.Had a "Quality of Life" appt for my cat this morning @ 1130am. Arrived there around 1120am and was put in the examination room at 1125am. Noon rolls around and not one person from the clinic has been in our room, they are now 30 minutes late. I've been in this little exam room with my wife and cat for 30 minutes and no one feels the need to poke their head in to let us know what is going on. So we put our cat back in her carrier and walked out. Never saw the vet. This happens way too often. When we were doing the check-in thing from the parking lot last year, I was waiting in my truck for an hour past my appt time for them to come out and grab my dog.It is completely unacceptable to run a business like this. It doesn't bother me to wait, it bothers me to wait when I have no idea what is going on. Will it be another 30 minutes? 40 minutes? An hour?? The fact that someone would not come in after 15 or 20 minutes and communicate with me when I will see the vet is not acceptable. They should tell me when I walk in the door what is going on.Communication is such a simple thing, it bothers me that this business is too lazy to do it, ruining my experience and the way I see this clinic.
