After walking around in the store for a while we finally decided to wrap up browsing and make a purchase. We proceeded to the jibbitz area in front of the counter where the store employeee(guy)was holding a conversation with what seemed like a familiar group of people(friends).After searching there we proceeded to check out to finalize purchase in which he acknowledged us but continued to still carry on with conversation for several minutes . With that being said we did not make the purchase due to the overall customer service experience. You’re working and you have customers. The conversation could’ve been paused to make a sale and then go back and hangout with friends after your job was complete.

The new guy was friendly and helpful. Good selection. Good price for the Crocs we were looking for. Should coach team to greet customers when they walk in the store instead of the other way around.

If I could give this store 0 stars for customer service I would. Bigger girl wearing a Rugrats t shirt was probably the biggest unprofessional person I have ever encountered. To the point where I took back the crocs because I was so fed up with it! Asked about a 15 percent off code she shrugged her shoulders. Went to use it and said I can't because my brother used it but it was never scanned so we had to text another number to get a code that she never scanned arguing with us the whole time. Where in the end was never needed! Returned the shoes and the monster threw them on the back table and said I don't care if you take these back don't hurt me. Anyways long story short bigger purple Rugrat shirt that thrives on being rude I don't think should be fired because I think she already hates where she is in life to begin with so keep her there and let her suffer.

Only store that we went in in HH at Tanger Outlets that told us No Dogs. Ours is an 8 lb. Malshi and was on her leash so that was disturbing. Another man went in after us with his dog...he told us to ignore them because he does...lady said they'd had incidents with dogs inside.

I love crocs. Over the years I have bought over 10 pair from the store no problem. Today changed that. I went in they had signs for buy 2 get two free. So I chose out the shoes all on the wall except one pair. They didn't ring up as such. When I told my confusion to the cashier, she didn't help and said there was another sale as well. My husband was being checked out by the other girl (abby) getting crocs and jibbitz for our young niece. They told us all jibbitz packs were 4 for 9.97. One didn't ring up as such. The girl said rudely they were not part of the sale. My husband said they were where they explicitly told us to grab the sale items. Abby said well guess somebody put them there, not our fault. My husband said it's their job to make sure it's all in place and signage is confusing. It's not our fault we went by what they had told us. My cashier then started to yell at my husband.my husband looked at them and said we are not going to talk like this, I shouldn't be spoken to this way, stop. We finished our check out and my husband said it was a horrible experience to which they said "you are horrible". We walked out. I will NEVER be back to this place. I have been in the service and retail industry for years and that is not okay to talk to a customer and raise your voice when all we did is tell them their signage and sales were confusing. If approached better it wouldn't have been stressful. I dont want anybody fired, but Abby doesn't need to be team lead. Obviously her subordinates think it's ok to yell at and insult people because both ladies were beyond terrible. Managers need to do something.

There is never a situation where an employee should be raising their voices at a customer because they failed at pricing their items appropriately. Terrible customer service. Confusing signage and the employees didn’t explain the sales appropriately. Don’t go here. Just order online.
