I've been totally satisfied with the pharmacy. Kind, professional and on time with my scripts. Once a month I bring them coffee because how they take care of people.

Excellent service at this store when I went there. All of the employees were friendly. America checked out my order and was so nice. From the pharmacy staff to the front of the store staff all were very helpful and friendly! Thank you!

I don't know why people are stating the pharmacy service is terrible at this store because it most certainly is not! I've been using this store for several years and have only experienced exceptional friendly and helpful service. I HIGHLY recommend this store!

On February 3, 2020, my husband and I took a prescription to the CVS on Fording Island Road in Bluffton. (We normally go to the CVS on Matthews in Hilton Head but they did not have enough stock to fill our prescription.) After the prescription was filled, the pharmacist (Manu?) told us that our GoodRX card was not valid for the amount shown for the cost of our script. He gave us an arbitrary figure of something over $300 with no explanation as to how he arrived at this discounted amount other than to say "each time you use a GoodRX card, the amount of the discount is less each month so instead of the $100 plus we have been consistently paying with GoodRX, all of a sudden it is more than $300. Same drug. Same number of pills. We called GoodRX who informed us that this is not so. Granted, a pharmacy doesn't have to accept a GoodRX but the amount does not change each month. We are very concerned that this pharmacist is telling unwitting, vulnerable clients this false information in an attempt to show higher sales. (We are aware of the recent publicized reporting that a CVS gives bonuses to pharmacists based on sales). Now the scary thing is that this drug, which I must take, was in very short supply at this time and this drugstore was the only one in Bluffton and Hilton Head to have sufficient inventory to fill this prescription. If some poor infirm elderly patient without the support of a spouse to call multiple pharmacists ( I'm unable because of my condition and there are possibly other clients of CVS who are equally ill) and not just give in to this false information and pay to just get home and go to bed, this is of great concern. They might just pay this outrageously wrong amount because they are too ill to argue. We tried to argue but he wouldn't sell it to us for the GoodRX price, period. This needs to be looked into by CVS. It is just unacceptable.

Customer service is horrible, the girl who works the window asked me to pull around because she was working on our insurance on the computer. I told her I was not going to pull around because I was already here and she threw a fit and slammed the window in my face, I could here her screaming inside and the doctor came to the window and demanded I pull around. Very bad experience here. Will not recommend to anyone

On the advice of our medicare consultant we switched from Walgreens to CVS - waste of time and effort. The web site does not work well at all. We used Walgreens because we travel and wanted the same from CVS. Went through all the hoops to sign up, ordered a refill to be refilled in SC - got the email it was ready, went to the store, if was filled in DE. Went through the whole thing with a representative. Gave our SC tele. to call when it finally was ready in SC. Got home, wondered, did I give the correct number? Called, and this is why the one star to make sure I had given the correct telephone number, after being on hold for over 30 minutes, finally got through, talked to the person, told her the issue and she asked, date of birth. Huh? I asked can you just check you have the correct number and she hung up on me......................Sorry we made the change, not impressed, will change back in one year when we can.

After going to the CVS across the street at the target store which was a nightmare we found this one literally steps away very good experience very professional. Even though they had a crowd have at least 10 people in front of us not including drive-thru and they still did a great job of processing our Rx and answered our questions about the medications we needed I will come back
