Terrible and humiliating experience, went to the pharmacy to purchase syringes for a supplement prescribed by my dr. Immediately questioned/interrogated by the pharmacists who acted like I was trying to purchase them for drug use. I quietly tried to explain it was for a weight loss supplement (once again, it was prescribed by a DOCTOR), and they start screaming about it at the top of their lungs so everyone within a 20 mile radius can hear my personal health information. Then had the nerve to question me asking if i purchased this in another country basically insinuating i got it illegally. They did not believe me that semaglutide compound comes in a vial and i sat there educating the 4 pharmacists (who should be well aware of this), when it was not an ounce of their business, other than them being nosy and purposefully trying to humiliate me in front of others. I have filed a HIPAA complaint as well as a formal complaint with CVS and may pursue other legal action. Hope you all get fired for your complete lack of professionalism and obnoxious attitudes towards customers sensitive health information.

This CVS pharmacy will literally shut their drive thru windows at 1:30 with 5 cars in line for their "lunch break".Are you serious??? I have never seen a CVS pharmacy shut down for lunch let alone while people are waiting?Ridiculous!!!

On February 3, 2020, my husband and I took a prescription to the CVS on Fording Island Road in Bluffton. (We normally go to the CVS on Matthews in Hilton Head but they did not have enough stock to fill our prescription.) After the prescription was filled, the pharmacist (Manu?) told us that our GoodRX card was not valid for the amount shown for the cost of our script. He gave us an arbitrary figure of something over $300 with no explanation as to how he arrived at this discounted amount other than to say "each time you use a GoodRX card, the amount of the discount is less each month so instead of the $100 plus we have been consistently paying with GoodRX, all of a sudden it is more than $300. Same drug. Same number of pills. We called GoodRX who informed us that this is not so. Granted, a pharmacy doesn't have to accept a GoodRX but the amount does not change each month. We are very concerned that this pharmacist is telling unwitting, vulnerable clients this false information in an attempt to show higher sales. (We are aware of the recent publicized reporting that a CVS gives bonuses to pharmacists based on sales). Now the scary thing is that this drug, which I must take, was in very short supply at this time and this drugstore was the only one in Bluffton and Hilton Head to have sufficient inventory to fill this prescription. If some poor infirm elderly patient without the support of a spouse to call multiple pharmacists ( I'm unable because of my condition and there are possibly other clients of CVS who are equally ill) and not just give in to this false information and pay to just get home and go to bed, this is of great concern. They might just pay this outrageously wrong amount because they are too ill to argue. We tried to argue but he wouldn't sell it to us for the GoodRX price, period. This needs to be looked into by CVS. It is just unacceptable.

Customer service is horrible, the girl who works the window asked me to pull around because she was working on our insurance on the computer. I told her I was not going to pull around because I was already here and she threw a fit and slammed the window in my face, I could here her screaming inside and the doctor came to the window and demanded I pull around. Very bad experience here. Will not recommend to anyone

I have been a customer for years and have always been pleased with Paul and others at the pharmacy. However, yesterday I called to find out the status of one of my prescriptions and was told it was back ordered. Paul had called me 7 or 8 days earlier and said he could fill 30 of the 90 pill order. As I had 9 pills left, I told him I could wait a few days. Now I find out that there was a major recall of this medication and that CVS in Bluffton has no supply and I'm down to 2 pills. I was told I could drive to Hardeeville to get some. I feel I should have been told earlier that there was a problem.

On the advice of our medicare consultant we switched from Walgreens to CVS - waste of time and effort. The web site does not work well at all. We used Walgreens because we travel and wanted the same from CVS. Went through all the hoops to sign up, ordered a refill to be refilled in SC - got the email it was ready, went to the store, if was filled in DE. Went through the whole thing with a representative. Gave our SC tele. to call when it finally was ready in SC. Got home, wondered, did I give the correct number? Called, and this is why the one star to make sure I had given the correct telephone number, after being on hold for over 30 minutes, finally got through, talked to the person, told her the issue and she asked, date of birth. Huh? I asked can you just check you have the correct number and she hung up on me......................Sorry we made the change, not impressed, will change back in one year when we can.

the man was fairly rude to me and not helpful at all. not only did he not explain the situation, he upfront said it's not their issue to fix nor did he try to come up with any sort of solution. he rather spoke down to me and made rude comments to me as if i was a child. extremely arrogant. when i am receiving a prescription or i have questions, i should be able to receive an answer or at the very, v e r y least advice or solution - not disrespect and attitude. 9/10 don't suggest using them, go to another cvs. never had this problem at home.

After going to the CVS across the street at the target store which was a nightmare we found this one literally steps away very good experience very professional. Even though they had a crowd have at least 10 people in front of us not including drive-thru and they still did a great job of processing our Rx and answered our questions about the medications we needed I will come back

Sometimes they are friendly Most time ,Not really! I can call to ask a Question and before im done asking or talking they just hang up. The Pharmacy Tech (Women) Everytime I have been there to pick up or fill a script for myself or my Grandmother she just acts rude, Its not that she says anything out of the way,its more so What she does not say and just her over all attitude. I have seen her this way with other customers, or even people asking about information on a health item. She acts like its such a strain Job for her to help people and count pills. I could understand going in there after a long day and some one maybe has been unkind to the women but NO MATTER MORNING ,MID OR AFTER NOON same attitude. I really do not appreciate it at all, and the Other CVS is even worse!! I'm SOO close to leaving and taking my business elsewhere.
