The woman at the drive thru today had such an ugly, surley attitude! She left me in the drive thru for 10 minutes because she wanted to charge me full price for my prescription even when I told her I had insurance!!
Cvs, please stop hiring people that don't WANT to work!

Emma was absolutely fabulous at applying coupon codes to all my prescriptions, after my insurance & Good Rx were both applied as well. She helped me save as much money as possible in this economy & it was much appreciated!! Emma was also kind, efficient, & knowledgeable. Give that girl a raise!!

Had a terrible time getting prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. First a report it is being ordered. Many days later eventually told it is on back order and cannot be gotten. This is only after multiple queries. There was no communication initiated by the pharmacy about trouble getting the medication. When I speak to the pharmacy staff, I find them unhelpful and indignant. I Only use this pharmacy because Insurance gives no other options. If I could go elsewhere, I absolutely would!

Went here for photos and phone would not connect. Asked for help and got a look like I was a Martian. I left and took my money to Walgreens.

CVS management, If your professional goal is to hire the worse people to work at this location, Congratulations!!! You've succeeded. I was in there 4 months ago. I was in between nail appts and wanted to buy some $8.00 press on nails. the young lady ( short Hispanic girl with classes) grudgingly came over with the key and unlocked them from their rack. As I reached out to take them, she (not exaggerating) snatched them to her chest and said "no"! "I have to take them to the register" I said "For and $8.00 dollar Item"? she said " yes, People steal them" I said " but I am walking to the counter now". "she said I can't let you" I told her to keep them and walked out. I was so hurt that I could not be trusted with and $8.00 dollar Item. Fast forward to last night. Again, needing nails, I came in hoping that Ms. Distrust would not be there. An older lady was there and when I mention that I needed help she came over but I guest I was too slow because she said "when you're ready I will be right here and then walked to the other side of the store. I walked over the tell her I was ready. She frowned and put down what she was doing but on her was she asked someone else to help me. it was the same girl from my previous experience. she unlocked the item then noticed some items had fallen. instead on proceeding to the register to check me out she started straightening up the other items. I said "can you do that after checking me out"? she said " You can wait at the counter and Ill be right there ma am". I said that I had just worked a 12 hour shift. She repeated and saying "I'LL BE RIGHT THERE MA AM"! I was so blown away by her lack of customer service skill I told there how terrible they were.. BE BETTER CVS!

America, the Manager on Duty, was SUPER helpful and patient during checkout! The Self Service system, nor the associate upfront, seemed to cooperate. With such a welcoming personality, America stopped stocking the shelves to come up front and assist. Will only checkout if she is there, moving forward. Thanks America!

Just went to CVS after having invasive surgery in Savannah and the CVS would NOT stay open for 5-10 extra minutes to fill my pain medication prescription. In major pain as I am a fresh post-op patient. I explained the situation to the pharmacist, but he would not compromise and stay open the extra 5-10 minutes to fill the prescription. Some health care provider CVS is, it’s shameful!

Even though they are understaffed, the people they have there are amazing. One person stocking shelves/pricing, handling, register and all their photo work. Kayla C was super friendly to work with and provided great service!

Update March 2023: CVS received scrip on Sat morning (Dr office open), text on Sunday afternoon (Doc CLOSED) indicating they need prior auth which they subsequently received twice then 5 days later refused to fill bc they needed to confirm dosage (news to everyone 5 days later). Zero effort was made by CVS on Fording Island, zero consideration that i couldnt walk and the medicine immediately would have fixed it. What CVS did was rudely confuse themselves, waste time, and require me to spend hours lobbying for the ability just to buy medicine already prescribed. They tried to charge me FIVE times normal, pretended goodrx didnt exist, on top of playing coy about my insurance....and they yelled at me, lol. Actually yelled at me after i had to deal with constant hangups and hold times and was painfully crippled with them prolonging my suffering either on purpose or by recklessly unqualified.
I dont spend my life consumed with making angry Karen reviews, but jeez CVS Fording Island Bluffton really got it wrong and really made my life hellish.
