Just came in to pick up some golf shoes for myself and my family and Kim was a total savior! She helped us tremendously and really pointed us in the right direction. So thankful that we ran into her when we came out of the store today. Thank you, Kim. You’re the best!

Just brought my parents in for shoe shopping and can't thank Kim enough! Both parents use rollaters and have mobility issues. Kim was very patient, kind and helpful, bringing shoes to them so they didn't have to walk around the store. Best shopping experience I've had with my parents, ever. Kim is the best!! Thank you!

Being a recreational golfer I wear mostly Ecco golf shoes as they're well made. I will drop in and mosey around to see if they carry golf shoes at the outlet stores. This Ecco store happens to. We were greeted by Kim. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Sis purchased a pair of golf shoes as did my hubby. We spent over an hour in the store as hubby tried on several different shoes and settled on one pair. Kudos to Kim for making it happen.

The Manager @ this store deserves a raise. She is knowledgeable about all Ecco shoes, spent a lot of time w/ me advising , trying on shoes etc!! Highly reccomend visiting this store!

Both Kim and Fouad were great at helping my husband and I find just the right shoes for each of us. They were patient and took the time to understand what we were hoping to find. They succeeded. We purchased 5 pairs of shoes and 20 pair of socks. Not only did they work with us on shoes, they also guided us so we made the most cost effective purchase possible. We’ll be back.

So when have you ever gone to a shoe store and met a shoe expert?? Both of the employees today were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. They knew exactly what shoes my daughter needed. She thought she was going in for sneakers, and came out with golf shoes for long standing during surgeries, and also for waterproof needs. Excellent service and suggestions, and some caramel popcorn to go! Thank you both for your expertise!
