The grounds and the storage building where I am renting were very clean. The staff member that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Ms. Joann was very welcoming and patient . I had no idea what I wanted but she took her time to explain everything and even showed me some units. Storage unit was also clean.

This is a great centrally located storage facility with an easy process to rent a unit.However, when we went to let them know that we were moving out halfway through our month’s lease we were told they would prorate it. We find out they didn’t prorate it and when speaking to a manager I was told that we needed to let them know before we paid our month’s bill (which we did). I told them we informed them December 29th that we would be out halfway through the month of January I was told that we told them too early.Just be sure to ask these questions because they will not explain this to you when you move-in and now we’re out like $65.

We have not used Extra Spaces facility yet but the customer service we received today was so great. Both ladies I spoke with were very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I will update my review once we have used the storage facility.

Kayla was super helpful and was able to meet my needs with no issues. The online reservation system was great. The add ons were standard. No issues. Just started renting.

5 years here, always had access, always had personal assistance when needed. If ever I had a payment issue, they let me know before late fees, etc, so I had time to resolve. Everything is clean. Joanna was very kind when it came to my final check-out.
