Called for an alignment and got in within an hour. Work done timely and no attempt to upcharge or sell me something else I didn't need. Everything explained upon completion and car drives perfectly.

-1 star.I listen to the employees negotiate how long it took to change my tires. The guy literally said add more time. He "had a bolt that was hard to get off. " Did it take more time or more effort? I checked the invoice and noticed I was charged for labor, not effort. They literally negotiated and settled on an extra 30 minutes for the difficult bolt. The manager said, "If he wanted to add more time, he should've already added, so I'll add 30 minutes." WHAT?

Poor service. I took my company truck there for service and I also took my personal truck. I took it in to get new tires and oil change. The person working the desk is more worried about his cell phone in his hand than the customer in front of him. He didn’t explain anything regarding my new tires with warranty or what not. Poor representative to have in the front of your store.

My go to place for general service of my vehicle. Update: These guys helped me out big time. I needed 4 tires mounted for a travel trailer for a trip the day before Thanksgiving late in the evening. They came through when nobody else would. Thanks again

I got my tires done here done recently (big mistake). Went with the Indy 500 tires on a BMW 3 series. A few weeks later i needed to do all my brakes, To my big surprise all 4 wheels were extremely overtorqued not to vehicle specs, Straight burried into the wheelhub with the air impact wrench. Went to 2 separate mechanics in town. One mechanic couldnt do it said it would be close to impossible, The second mechanic said im gonna need to buy new wheel hubs and rims because there was no other way to remove damaged lugbolts severely stripped and overtorqued on tires so they wanted to cut rims off and replace wheelhubs to get bolts off. My best friend and I didnt give up and we drilled into bolts and very precisely took them off. Took us the whole day but we did it. In conclusion, Firestone damaged all of my lugbolts as i had to replace all. I called them to see if they could help they said “um we can try?” Went on a sunday afternoon after standing on front desk for 10 mins ignored i left. Never coming back here. Please be careful as they dont follow guidelines for the vehicles they are working on nor go by vehicle specs.Service: Tires

Mel Capers provided excellent customer service! He was extremely helpful and respectful of our time.We were visiting family in Bluffton over the weekend and had a flat tire the day we were going to drive home to Charlotte, NC.Firestone was one of few tire shops open on Sunday in the area. I called and spoke to Mel the first time, and he said their appointment schedule was full all day and that he would call me back if an appointment did not show. He called me back within 30 minutes after an appointment did not show, and opened up space for me to come in which was so helpful to get my tires fixed and back on the road home as quickly as possible.Cannot thank Mel enough for taking the time to help us out!Service: Tires

They were very helpful. I had a light on the ceiling come on and I did not know how to turn it off. I didn't want my battery to drain by leaving it on. They found bout how to turn it off.

Firestone has great customer service & does great work on time. It's a bit pricey, more so than other shops. But at least you can get a guarantee that they have actually done the job correctly & with the correct parts. There is nothing worse than putting your $30k investment at risk of sleazy people that may or may not use the correct parts or even do the service correctly. If there's money to be made, people will find ways to rip you off.I have yet to experience this with Firestone. Usually, it's just a bit higher on price but still around industry standards in pricing. So feel confident firestone is doing your service properly & not ripping you off.

This place is so friendly & kind my truck that I just bought is a POS , helped me real quick. & cheap!!!! I’m from NJ far away from home….Chip is awesome ask for him he will take GREAT CARE OF U!!!’ You WILL NOT be disappointed !!!! Facts!!! Chip needs a raise for sure!!!! Friendly folks here. But if they say battery is bad, verify its bad. The young kid told me mine was bad during an oil change. He misread the meter and told me he made a mistake and apologized. So for that they get 5 stars still! ?
