I had 16 psi in one tire and I called and they said to get there asap. I did and they found a nail and plugged it and they saved the day for me!

This is the worse place I ever been to I understand at these times people are understaffed but it’s like the workers that are there don’t even have a care in the world the customer service was awful I asked would they be able to look at my car today he said nope I seen it was only two of them but one was sitting down in playing on his phone there were no cars in the garage at all so they couldn’t see why they couldn’t

They advertise online tires for my car for $73 (website shows 5 available) called to make sure they could take me today, they could. Came here (on a barely drivable tire) and they said that they only have tires for $138 a piece…funny because also on their website, it shows that they have $88 tires that would fit my car too (shows they have 4 in stock)…but now that I’m here at their mercy since my tire will not make it anyplace else, it looks like I’m about to pay nearly double what I had anticipated and I have no choice…I wouldn’t have come here if they didn’t lie online about their price and now I’m stuck with what they have.

I wish it were possible to give a negative star review. My visit yesterday (4/14/24) was the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in my life, and that is saying alot.
I called looking to purchase 2 new tires. The manager (I assume), Mitch said he could get me in if I arrived within the next 30 to 40 minutes because his techs would be leaving soon (it was 5pm, the website says they close at 7). I was there within 10 minutes. I explained that I had a slow leak on the front passenger side which I believe is caused by an old tire plug and another tire was also leaking. He said, he understood. He did the work in half the time he said it would take. When I got to my car, the sensor was still illuminated signaling the same tire leak that I brought it in for. I went back inside, he said I should drive in it for a while and it would reset (nonsense). I happened to see the tech who did the work. He acknowledged that he never looked at the front passenger tire and that he changed the 2 rear tires. I then asked him to check the air on the tire I brought it in for and indeed, it was low.
Then Mitch comes in and said he changed a tire with a plug and one with a nail in it. But he never spoke to me about a nail prior to doing that work. When I tried to have a calm level-headed conversation with him about the misunderstanding, he gets irate, cuts me off, blames me, tells me the only remedy is for me to buy 2 new tires. I tried several times to reason with him and it was no use. He was being a complete jerk. Never have I experienced such a blatant lack of concern and respect. Such a disinterest in customer satisfaction. He then said he couldn't help me anyway because they were closing. It was 6pm. He closed the door in my face and locked it. I then proceeded to get irate myself and words were exchanged. This was only after many repeated attempts to handle this with class. I spent $500 just to leave there with the same problem I had when I arrived and to have the door slammed in my face. This needs to be made right.

I don’t know what it is about this location, but staff is always very unpleasant. It seems like they’re more worried about their conversation with other employees than helping customers the past couple times I’ve been here gotten pretty bad attitude for a simple request if they can put air in one of my tires.

I’ve been to this Firestone location twice and I’ve been satisfied both times.
Today was exceptional due to the communication, friendliness and customer service provided by the staff and especially Dan.
Dan exceeded my expectations because he offered services that saved money and did not try to sell things that were not necessary.
I highly recommend this place and will continue to bring my SUV here. Much better than the dealer!!
