Food Lion is a really nice grocery store with good prices. It serves as a main grocery shopping location for many. Customers love the Asian food bar and chicken wing bar for quick meals, and appreciate the fruit cart. The produce is fresh and reasonable, with an adequate and good meat selection. There is a good selection of dairy products, canned, and packaged items. The people who work there are really nice, and there is usually a checkout lane open with a bagger, plus self-checkout. However, sometimes shelves aren't stocked and items like herbs can be rotten, which may be due to staff shortages. Manager's specials are worth checking out. Some note issues with the parking lot, citing too many dedicated spaces and difficulty finding a spot, which can be a deterrent. The store is appreciated by nearby medical facilities for work meals.

A very nice clean grocery store. One of the nicest food lions I’ve seen. Service was great particularly with one Hispanic girl cashier I believe her name was emelean. She went above and beyond for me and was very sweet and kind.
