Came in to checkout the new 414ce. Rick the owner was super helpful! Gave me plenty of time to play the instrument. Even offered a private room so I could hear the guitar better. Will definitely be back!

Acoustic guitar restringing. They did a great job. Dropped the guitar off in the morning and it was completed and ready for pickup in the afternoon. Helpful, friendly staff. I think cost was reasonable.

The customer service at the Bluffton location is stellar. They were able to navigate me through an issue with my Taylor guitar and wouldn't quit until I was completely satisfied. These guys are the real deal, and local musicians are very lucky to have them right here in Bluffton, SC.
