Didn't have an appointment and they took my car anyway. Problem was diagnosed quickly and car was returned earlier than predicted. Pavel was very good to work with and kept me in the loop.

We had an AC issue in our BMW x5e on our trip from NYS to HHI. Hilton Head BMW was our first stop. We interacted with Kristen Rismiller, Service Advisor. She was efficient, competent and kind. She has us in a loaner in about 15 minutes. The service dept. was able to diagnose and fix the problem before our return trip home. Thanks Hilton Head BMW!

I visited today to text drive a 2024 BMW IX. What a wonderfully exciting RV! Charles/Chuck was the sales rep that introduced me to the vehicle, game me an overview and rode around the island with me. Straight shooter who's knowledgeable about the product and wants to make sure that you're making the best decision based on your lifestyle. I highly recommend him and if I end up making a purchase I will do so WITH and BECAUSE of him even though I live out of state.

worst experience of my life! i wasted 6 hours sitting in the lobby for my AC repair and not only did they not fix it, they charged me 350$ for diagnostics. when I got inside the car I saw that they also broke my air vents off then proceeded to gaslight me and tell me they didn't do it. Even when I showed them before and after photos they didn't take any accountability and the General Manager acted like a complete child. Extremely unprofessional and just goes to show how much society has really fallen. these men were completely disgusting and disrespectful. I will never buy a pice of shit bmw ever again only Mercedes because unlike these ignorant filth they have class. I hope the owner realizes one day the people working for him are complete trash and goes to show why they don't own the business and why they are stuck screwing people over for a living!

In for our first oil change at 11,000 miles. Always good to see Brad at the service desk. He is an excellent representative for BMW. Treats everyone pleasantly and with the utmost respect. While our X3 was being serviced, one of the mechanics sent us a video of the undercarriage and the tires. All in top condition. When our car was ready, we needed some tech. support from our sales rep., Roger, and BMW "Genius," Enrique. Both super helpful! The service at this BMW dealership is terrific! Very pleased.

I purchased a car online from Roger Brooks and it was a great experience. He was always pleasant and professional. He gave me all the information I requested and it was a lot because I was purchasing without seeing the car. After I made the decision I drove from Atlanta to Hilton Head and it was worth the drive! The vehicle was exactly as described and the service was impeccable. I was in and out in under an hour. I couldn't ask for anything else. Thank you Roger and Team!

I have to rely on an area dealership to service my 2011 128 and 2020 230 convertibles. I've used HHI BMW before for convenience. I'm considering looking into other options based on a simple transaction to replace a key for the 2020 230. I unfortunately went ahead with an order for a replacement comfort access key for $511 plus tax. Staff were pretty dismissive of my price concerns with comments that other mfgrs charge as much (Acura certainly doesn't) and that other cars aren't BMWs (I realize that, but not helpful). Calling around the next day (before realizing key order couldn't be cancelled) I found that HHi prices the key at least $100 higher than other area dealers and also charges more to program the keys. I'll look into other dealers/ service options in the future.

I got a quote to fix my car. They were pricing out a new head gasket and 2 ABS sensors. They quoted me $1,368. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of as I did that day. I just felt something was wrong. I opted not to do it since they said I could drive the car for a while before it was critical to have this work performed. The following week I went to Import Services of the Low Country. They did the computer diagnostics of my car at no charge. At BMW that is a $145 charge if you do not have the work done there. ISLC does this with no commitment. After they looked at everything they called me to tell me what the issues were and quoted me $356. They told me that the head gasket was fine and the problem was a couple of magnesium screws which can lose some strength over time. They torqued them down accordingly and there are no leaks. They said this happens a lot with BMW"s. They feel this will solve the problem for some time and to just keep an eye out for it if it continues. When they checked the two ABS sensors they said one was working properly and only one needed to be replaced. Beware of this dealership as they are trying to sell you something you don't need and charge it for it.

Always responsive to my needs. Not sure why I have to pay for parts before they order them from Jacksonville, Florida.
