Hobby Lobby is a large store offering arts, crafts, custom framing, floral, home décor, and seasonal products to help make creativity a reality. The store is very clean and well-stocked, though its size can be a little overwhelming. Customers report a great and very nice experience, noting the staff are super friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Employees are willing to help solve problems and provide speedy service. While the extensive selection gives customers so much to take in, the overall experience is positive, with many planning to return.
When someone could be found, they were as helpful as they could be. It is definitely obvious that they run on limited staff and that make shopping for anything specific a little bit challenging. Overall, it's still a good place to find craft supplies for reasonable prices.
