“Yesterday we waited 45 min to rent a truck and ran out of time because I had to pick up kids at a set time, so we went back and tried again today…this time I sent my husband in…and it took us over an hour to get the truck. I would be very annoyed by this, but they ended up not charging us for the rental because of the issues. While I still would have rather paid and saved the time we spent, at least they made it right. We understand that sometimes things happen.”
“Everyone is always so helpful. Even though I have an idea of what I need I like to get the advice of an expert. I always talk to someone who works there and I'm never disappointed. Today I needed paint and stain and Joey helped us out. He was very knowledgeable with the different paint brands and how far each gallon would go with one coat vs two coats etc etc. I appreciated his knowledge, patience and help!”
