It happened MAY 23, 2024 and I am a pregnant woman and using a WIC benefits. The lady at the Customer care was rude (her hair is colored red) . I was explaining that I grab the items in the fridge specifically low fat milk and the pricetag on the fridge has Wic approved indicator too. But I was suprised to pay $33 for it. So when I am explaining this lady cuts me off and tell me 'I dont have wic so I dont know what your talking about' Her facial expression is also annoying she's not smiling nor looks like willing to help. I sense of she's acting like a racist. She thought that I doesnt know how to speak english and the whole time shes talking with me she's making her side eyes and not even listening to me. The manager (a guy) was there also and didnt help me at all. I even bring back the milk that I grab, imagining that I am pregnant walking with 4 boxes of milks. The manager didnt help me at all, he just said that its supposed to be under wic but the system just dont work. I even grab the kroger brand for them to try it too if it will work. The craziest thing is that they are asking me 'SO WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO?' Why are they even asking the customer how to solved their problem. I found this thing as a scam. I have been using wic for a long time now and this is the first time I encountered it. I can assure that they act racist towards me because I might be look like hispanic but I am asian. I see how they even bubbling at the counter instead of helping me.
These 2 people are shameless. That is how they treat pregnant customer. I spent more that 1 hours just to get help from them. They need to fix their system and stop scamming people. I will be reporting this incident to wic to raise awareness of how pregnant women will be treated at kroger stores.

I know this is petty but I have one bone to pick. When I return the cart to the collection station in the parking lot it always rolls away because of the angle of the parking lot. Could Kroger install a simple wheel bump so it doesn’t do that? It’s such a small thing but it annoys customers to chase carts that nearly fly into cars. Thanks!

Thank you so much to the very kind pick-up staff! I was unable to pick up my order yesterday as planned and needed to get it picked up early before I went into work this morning, and they were very attentive and accommodating.

I love my Kroger peeps in Bluffton, Belfair location! Daniel and Nadia are incredible employees, who take the time to interact and make you feel like family! A shout out to Kelly, who is my go to carnivore expert! He is kind and patient, and always maintains a high level of professionalism! I always look forward to my shopping experience at this Kroger! my review is for the starbucks. If i could give them -10 stars i would. experience was absolutely terrible. i sat for 40 minutes with a mobile order just to have the worker tell me their out of everything i ordered way after the fact. absolutely wasted my time. The dude working “Vincent” checked his phone and ignored me while i waited almost an hour.

I am fed up with Kroger "clip" coupons. Both my wife and I continue to have trouble where the acct shows coupon clipped only to not being applied at the register. If you sign up with an acct to get sale items. WHY must you then clip electronic coupons that 69% of the time do not work. Either you get the sale price with the acct or not. Done with their mess and will no longer put up with it. Again today , clip coupon for Sausage only to pay full price when totaled. When it does sometimes work, you cannot tell until you total the bill. Then discounts are applied and takes an accountant to see which items they apply to. GOOD BY KROGER.... HELLO PUblix who usually has same sale price, no account needed, and NO STUPID CLIPPING OF ONLINE COUPONS TO AN ACCOUNT. What a stupid business plan....

I was cashing out a a register with Tilden. I accidentally dropped a glass bottle of wine. I was glared at for minutes. Even went as far as trying to clean it up myself. Tilden came and told me to not do that. I had wine bounce all over my shoes and legs. They continued to look. When another man came over he said one word… wow. I told him I’m sorry it slipped. I have arthritis in my hands and at time they don’t grip well. Felt so bad and embarrassed yet they did nothing to make it easier. They made me feelStupid and embarrassed. I only wanted to help yet they didNothing but look atMe like I was a crazy drunk.
