If I could give less than 1 star I would. These people should not be in business. They lie and take no responsibility for their lack of professionalism…. Never return calls, answer questions or keep their word on delivery dates. They talk a good game but that’s about it. Never had an experience like this before.

Our experience with our kitchen project LaSource has been working on is the same as the other two one star reviews on this site. Work began on our kitchen a year ago and it's not done yet. Responses from them to our emails and phone calls is very poor. The quality of work and materials provided so far has been very good, but what good is it, if the job is never finished. It's been five months since the last time any work was done. It looks like we'll have to hire another contractor to finish the job.

I would never recommend them to anyone. I ordered and paid deposits on several items that we never received. After delays, and excuses we had to replace them to finish our kitchen remodel.

LaSource has great products but even more important to me, their customer service is unmatched. On more than one occasion, I’ve called and left a message after hours and LukJohn returns my calls within the hour and has even had paint made after hours for me to help me out. This company truly cares about their customers and their product selection is amazing. Highly recommend!!

This is my first ever google review and as a local business owner, I am incredibly disheartened to feel like I need to warn people engaging this business to proceed with caution. The work these days is costly and poor. At this time, if I could give less than one star, I would. I used LukeJohn and LaSource for a project in 2018 and we had the best experience- they were engaged, cared, and provided excellent customer service. However, we hired them for a business upfit and our personal laundry room in August of 2022 and now (5/5/2023) neither project is complete and our calls and emails go unanswered despite reaching out consistently to the owner and various assistants. If I could just get them to come and rip out the cabinets and give me my money back, I would take that deal any day of the week. But, yesterday, instead of a status update we received the final invoice for one of the projects. What an absolute shame.

I absolutely hate leaving a negative review for a business, because I am a firm believer that everyone deserves a second chance, and as a small business owner myself, I know that everyone can drop the ball on occasion. However, the customer service at LaSource is so spectacularly bad, that I felt it would be a disservice to their future customers if I were not to review them. My initial conversation with LukeJohn to discuss hiring LaSource to provide cabinets for a renovation of two bathrooms and a laundry room in our home was positive. They carry Wellborn Cabinets, which is a brand I am familiar with and wanted to use. However, it was pretty much downhill from there. I requested a quote, and failed to hear back from them for 2 weeks. When I reached out again, I was told the email address which was given to me by LukeJohn wasn't working, so I resent all our info and waited again. After getting a quote and getting cabinets on order, we were told it would be about 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks we began to reach out again for updates. No one would respond to us for days. Finally we got the news that our cabinets were in. We waited and waited, with emails and calls unanswered for a delivery date. Finally cabinets were installed, but then we were waiting for pricing on the counter tops that we requested. We waited weeks to get additional drawings for a scullery that we are renovating, weeks for pricing on countertops, weeks to find out when tops were being installed, and now we have literally been waiting over a month for them to come back and install cabinet hardware, and cabinet fillers. I can't get a response from the company other than to tell me that they are waiting to see when they can fit me into their schedule. So, to summarize, our cabinets are good quality because they are a national brand, but the customer service, scheduling and installation has been a night mare. We ordered these cabinets in November, and we are nearly the end of April and the job is still not finished. I would not recommend this company, and I will definitely never again use them for any of my home building and home renovation projects.

I drove 45 minutes to buy a can of $110 a gallon paint from La Source and they were closed during posted open business hours. So I called their number while sitting in their parking lot and left a message, and waited, hoping they’d call back or show up. Even after a couple days, I never got a call back. Seriously? This is really some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. How do y’all run a business like this? What a ginormous waste of my valuable time. Boooooooo.
