Place was clean and secure. Never had any issues with access. Customer service (in person) was always fantastic (Thanks Terry & Jackie!). My one gripe is that they inflate the rates with no warning after 3 months. I just prefer to have the heads up. But now I know for next time, and I was able to avoid that for the next contract I signed.

Beware - shady rental practices - they recently raised our rate three times in one year. This storage unit facility was purchased by another company. They immediately raised the prices. This company should really be investigated by the state for area price fixing of storage units. Look at all lease options and ask about annual increases. I would never rent from this company again based on their astronomical monthly increases. Just a horrible experience. Find another storage unit company.

After the first 3 months I was notified of a 116% rate increase on my month to month lease. I was not initially informed that I could have locked the rate for 1-2 years if prepaid. I was able to negotiate a much lower rate then locking with a 1 year lease. Other that, no complaints.
