“Live in Charlotte and travel to HH every 2 weeks. EVERY time I stop there the employees are outstanding, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. On a number of occasions I called ahead and they were happy to find items and set them aside for me. Great operation.”
“When I came back from Ireland I realized that my favorite new whiskey was no where to be found in the states. Writers Tears Double Oak Cask is amazing. So smooth. It took Belfair FW&S a bit of time to source it but they found it and got it in for me.
Love how friendly they are. Always willing to go the extra mile. They really know their stuff.
Thank you”
“I am not a regular World Market shopper, but in a Google search, I found a particular product available there that I hadn't been able to find elsewhere. I went in the front door and immediately nabbed an employee for assistance in finding the product. She very gladly walked me to the product which was, of course, in the very rear of the store. Employee was very pleasant and helpful! Good job and thanks very much!”
“There was a fantastic lady working at the counter when I walked in. She was super informative, kind, and helpful. Their selection is also pretty vast with some unique choices. I'll 100% be back.”
“Frequent flyer here. The location and prices are perfect. My only critique is that the gentleman that works early in the week could really use some coaching in the customer service department. He's really dry and rude. As someone who has managed many different types of establishments, I would not like someone with his mannerisms to represent my business in any way.”
“I stopped here on the way home from another spirit shop because I decided I wanted to have Moscow Mule. So, the lady working there showed me where to find the ginger beer. She was very sweet & helpful. The shop is a little smaller & more cramped than some other shops I have been to around here, but it looked like that had a decent selection of things.”
“6-23-24 Sunday afternoon Came with my husband to check out the store as I have many neighbors raving about the place. But mostly about the bar and you can drink while shopping or your husband can drink and you shop. I don't know about that but I do know it is a big store with lots of items and brands. The store is clean and organized. We fell upon one aisle that had drink containers that we learned from a fellow shopper that they are all $6.99 all items that are priced up to $24.95. I asked if you needed a coupon and they said it was to celebrate Hydration Day. Sure why not hubby picked one out. We passed the wine and beer bar and it was packed. Hubby and I both thought it was odd. We both even took pictures and laughed as we both rather drink elsewhere but to each his own as they say. On to the deli as I wanted something different for hubby's lunches. As he was online for his beloved Boar's Head I beelined over to the prepackaged cheeses. All the Sargento 10 and 11 ounce packages $2. Each what a great sale. I left with one of each. Before checking out I headed over to Customer Service to apply for a rewards card. However while waiting online I figured it out myself on my phone. Hubby and I self checked out that included a conveyor belt interesting haven't seen that before. Definitely will be back as it was definitely an unexpected pleasant experience.”
“Found some nice bourbons on the shelf. The gentleman working the morning I was there was friendly and helpful. We had a great conversation about the bourbons he had, the ones he can’t get and the market for it in general. I’ll stop here my next time in town for sure!”
“This is a great place! They have a wonderful selection of beer, wine and liquor. They also have a great breakfast cafe and the food is awesome. I highly recommend Daddy O’s for your needs”
“We visit the area often from the Left coast and have had opportunity to visit Low Country Liquors with my neice who is a regular. Super friendly service and a ton of selections. Being a bourbon drinker I was thoroughly impressed with the selections of fine bourbon grabbing a few bottles including a private Low Country Makers Mark blend that was XLNT. Soon we will be living in the area and will be shopping Low Country to restock the bar.”
“This review is mostly for the customer service. I was in town for a wedding and found myself abruptly unfamiliar with the local alcohol laws concerning who can sell what. The clerk was very kind and helpful, even gave me directions to another store where I could purchase was I needed. Although Old Town Liquors were not licensed to sell beer or cigars (my shopping list), I bought a box of seltzers because it felt wrong to leave empty handed, haha.”
