Everyone is always so helpful. Even though I have an idea of what I need I like to get the advice of an expert. I always talk to someone who works there and I'm never disappointed. Today I needed paint and stain and Joey helped us out. He was very knowledgeable with the different paint brands and how far each gallon would go with one coat vs two coats etc etc. I appreciated his knowledge, patience and help!

Three times my husband had to get several bags more than 10 of cement for a patio we’re having installed. He’s 61 years old and both times I was with him. I noticed three employees just standing around and pretending to be busy once they saw me take pictures never offering to help, a young man, customer actually helped the last two bags in our last visit . Such terrible customer service and these guys horsing around and laughing while my 61-year-old husband is lifting 12 bags of concrete is despicable . I wish I could post the pictures of the three young men. The store should definitely make their employees help customers

if you have to check your self out you should be able to void it as well if it rings up twice
We saw a vanity we liked at Lowe's. It came with the top. we weren't ready to purchase as we are remodeling. we thought the price may go up a little in a couple of weeks. Lowes actually raised the price $100. we are going to look for other options now. that is a significant jump in price.

This has to be one of the most poorly managed stores I’ve ever shopped in. If you place an order for pickup, they don’t have it ready due to staffing issues. So, you can cancel that and just shop yourself, but then they have no cashiers to check you out, so what should be a half hour trip becomes a half day. Next time, you order “same day delivery” but by 9:00 pm that evening, when you are wondering where the items you purchased are, all you see in tracking is the order is “being prepared” and is “delayed.” It is really consistently a promise made to entice your business, and then a promise broken. It’s worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Bought a new refrigerator. Even though it was getting near his end of the shift. Rasheem took care of us. He knew his appliances and answered our questions. Will definitely go back to him if I need another major appliance

Just went in to ask for help in ordering a kitchen sink. Its an odd size. We had the size and style and color just needed to know if it could be ordered...or special ordered. First person told us they didn't know how to do that and to just see what was on the wall of sink options. Second person told us hqe had to know the item number to order and we could use the computer to do it.....REALLY. Customer service...there is none. Never again.
