I called in to make an appointment on getting an estimate only of damages for vandalism, I was given a date for 2weeks later to bring the car in, I towed the car to the shop the day of my apointment for the service manager MONICA VICKERS to only tell me, she didn't want to do a estimate on my vehicle, because it's just too old and she also stated that it didn't have a good car history with them whatever that meant, I've spent thousands of dollars with this dealership in the pass,I explained to her that I only needed an estimate, of the car damages, gave her a list of the damages, that was visual to me, she tried coming up with every excuse to not get it checked, I drove 1hr to this dealership and unloaded this car for this lady to treat a customer like this, I politely walked out and reloaded the car, and went elsewhere, The other reviews are very accurate about the services, they're providing, will never go back or support them......... (BEWARE)

Everything was good about the visit. The only leash we had was the listening skills and friendliness of the service writer. She didn’t listen to what I had to say. She said she’s going to be a charge. She didn’t believe the situation and wouldn’t listen to the situation. She just took it about herself to do what she believed was true. It turns out that even though she told me, there was a charge that the situation would be covered under warranty, which I knew, but I should’ve been told this adamantly that it would be a charge.
