“I went to this corporate store a few days ago to set up a cellular account for my new Samsung Ultra smartwatch. I initially had a misunderstanding based on previous information, as my mobile phone was with Spectrum, and I learned that you cannot pair these devices across different networks while sharing a number. The manager, Travis, was incredibly polite and handled the situation beautifully. My sales rep, Joe, is undeniably the best sales rep I have ever met. He was incredibly kind and patient as he carefully explained why I needed to move my mobile account back from Spectrum to Verizon to get the watch paired.I had previously moved my account away from Verizon due to a terrible experience with the Hilton Head store, which is the complete antithesis of this excellent Bluffton location. Joe completely turned my perspective around. In addition to migrating my mobile account and pairing my watch, Joe also perfectly set up an LTE gateway with a nano SIM card for my detached garage. This successfully established a Wi-Fi environment so that my LiftMaster smart garage opener and my Level Pro deadbolt back door lock can now function perfectly. Travis earns 5 stars and Joe deserves 10 stars for their outstanding service.”

“My iPhone was frozen and after many attempts, I was still unable to reset or restart it and Maurice at Sebastian's was able to unlock and reset it in just a few minutes and the phone is now working normally. Maurice was very friendly and professional and skilled in IT issues. I will definitely go back if needed. His assistant, Michele, is also very friendly and professional. Great to find a place that is reliable and provides excellent customer service in this area. Thank you!”
