Great selection of QUALITY shoes/sneakers for all occasions. Top brands. The staff was the BEST. No words to describe their knowledge and personalities. Best time we have had purchasing sneakers. Thank you for your help, they fit great and feel even better on my feet then i could imagine.

I was able to shave 2 minutes off my 2 mile time thanks to the help of Darby!! She was great help and made the process super easy to choose the right shoe. She was very knowledgeable in how my foot structure was and gave me a variety of options to choose from. If your a beginner or experienced in running and need new shoes I highly recommend them to help !

Walked in there to get a comfortable pair of shoes and the girl I talked to was on it. Very welcoming staff and felt very at home there. Once I told her what I needed she was already grabbing tons of brands and shoes that she wanted me to try. I found my perfect match! Thank you Palmetto running company! Will definitely be returning!

The store is neat and inviting. The staff is quick to help, and will go “above and beyond”- calling the other store, making a direct order, etc. to get a shoe you want if they don’t have it in stock. This is THE place I go for good walking/running shoes in our area!

My wife and I walked in the door and immediately Katy walked over and asked how she could help us. We had been shopping for a really good comfortable pair of shoes all day and had been to numerous stores. She knew the products, asked all the right questions and listened. Probably my best experience buying shoes in my life. She put me in the right shoes and sized my wife for inserts and we left with our feet happy!We will be back again!Stan and Donna Crouch

Great overall experience. I live in Alabama and was not finding the shoe i wanted in the right size. I googled and Palmetto showed up so I gave them a call. Had the shoe (thank goodness - Christmas gift). They were able to get shipping expedited and were happy to honor each request I made. Highly recommend!

This was the first time I have been to Palmetto Running Company. When I walked in everyone was so plight, the young lady that helped me explained everything to me about the different shoes and checked my feet. My feet feel great. I will be going to Palmetto Running from now on.

I can't imagine a better shoe-shopping experience. The foot analysis was lightning fast and explained to me in simple terms, and all of the products recommended to me had their particular features relevant to my issues explained. I've never felt more comfortable in my own shoes or in any clothing store before. Just perfect.

First time in and I will surely return. The attention was great, my foot got analyzed, and I walked out with the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. Darbee took her time and was very patient with me. Overall experience was great!!

My husband and I visited Palmetto Running Company for the first time today. I cannot say enough to describe how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable both of the ladies working there were. What a great place! I highly recommend it to anyone that's interested in good quality shoes and athletic clothing.

The gal who waited on me was so helpful. I truly did not know what I wanted or what would be best for me. She explained everything and put me in a shoe that, hopefully, I will love! (I had to place an order for mine) highly recommend!

Associate took time to map my feet and explain in dept the results. She took time discuss different inserts and allowed me to try them in 4 different pairs of sneakers. Associate was extremely patient and very informative.

The service was excellent! I cannot express enough how satisfied I am. It was the first time in my nearly 73 years on this planet that I underwent the process of being fitted and having my feet scanned to find the perfect size 6W footwear. One of the staff members, Shea? had a friendly face and an impressive athletic build, the perfect person to model the footwear and provided me with extensive knowledge and helpful recommendations for two brands in a size 6 1/2W. I ultimately chose Brooks and followed her advice to use inserts. The comfort I feel while walking is truly remarkable, like walking on clouds. I have bought many sneakers in the past, including expensive ones, but I always couldn't wait to take them off and ended up giving them away. However, with these Brooks shoes, I am confident that they will last me for a long time. I highly recommend PRC.
