I was the only customer in the place and walked to the register with two items. The lady working asked me "Do you have a coupon or something?" I told her I did not. She proceeded to say "Then you need to use self checkout." So I did. As I walked out, I expected a "Have a good night." or something along the lines.. I got nothing. Very poor customer service.

My family was heading to Hilton Head and was very low on gas. This place was a nice gas station with pumps that are separated to where people aren't stacked on each other getting gas. It even has diesel.

April 19, 2023I was a huge fan of the Parker's Kitchen mobile app called PumpPal Debit, where you can pay at the pump and save $.10 a gallon. All you have to do is set up an account adding your bank account information.In March 2023, the company released a new version of the app. I have never been able to login to this new version. I reached out to Customer Service at 833.531.0185 and submitted a request for help on their website parkerskitchen.com several times to get this straightened out. No response from Parker's Kitchen!Meanwhile, I found out that Parker's Kitchen uses a 3rd party named Zipline to capture customer bank account information. I called Zipline and they show my account as active. Being unable to access my Parker's Kitchen account has placed my banking details at risk with no way to cancel.

This Parker’s is usually nice, but they have a manger named Stephanie who is obscenely rude. Refuses to check people out manually, has an insanely bad attitude, questions other customers about stealing. The laziest rudest person I have met at a fuel stop in my life.
