She was very helpful in helping us price match an item to the online price. I was surprised to find out she wasn’t the manager! She made our visit even more enjoyable, and we can’t wait to see her again soon!”

Being unfamiliar with the store, I asked the first employee I saw on the floor for help and she directed me to the boots I came to shop for. A fairly good selection in my size! Asked the same clerk another question about the boots on my way to check out. She was pleasant and knowledgeable! Kudos to her and good customer service!”
“Nice place to get your pet supplies. The employees are helpful and friendly. I like how the store is set up with the animals in the center of the store and the supplies around. That way you aren't ever too far away from peeking at the pets. You can tell they care for the animals well. I definitely recommend.”
