“With the Fourth of July just a few days away, I stopped by the Bluffton Post Office at about 4:45 PM—only 15 minutes before closing—with nearly 50 packages to ship. Instead of looking frustrated to see a customer with that many packages so close to closing, the employees welcomed us with smiles and genuinely appreciated our business. I especially want to thank the two employees who helped us. I didn’t get their names, but one of them had sparkly red, white, and blue hair. Their positive attitudes absolutely made my day. We ship packages all over the state, and to be honest, many post offices don’t seem very excited to see us coming with a large shipment. Bluffton was exactly the opposite. The service was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful trip into such a great experience. In my opinion, this is the best post office in South Carolina. You all are doing an outstanding job. You guys rock!”

“Excellent service and plenty of PO boxes available for long-term renters. I stopped in while on vacation to mail some important documents, and the staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure everything was handled smoothly.”

“James! James is my favorite mail carrier ever and I’ve lived in a lot of places. Eric, Shani and Joe do a fantastic job at the office. They are sweet to their customers and go above and beyond every time. We are so grateful to have them. Thank you, Bow Circle post office for being so genuine and helpful with our mail and packages. Everyone in my family works in the service industry and it’s a lot of work mentally and physically. I just love this crew! Sincerely - Juli (Marquis and family).”

“Visited today, 3/6 at 8:30 a.m. . The woman who handled my transaction was lovely. She was slowed down because of mechanical issues and she apologized to each of us. It was not her fault yet she felt a sense of obligation to apologize! A lovely representative of the U.S. Postal Service!”
