I like the experience of shopping at this store, the people who work there are friendly and I like that they have zero self-checkout aisles. Plenty of parking and they always have all the items I need its a huge store.

What a truly great store , look at the produce and general foods area. Everything is fronted and the produce looks great. This is the definition of a grocery store. They must have great management here!! Bravo

Clean and organized store. Friendly staff. But the best advice I can give is... grab a cart from the lot on your way in. Chances are you won't find any inside.

The store is find for shopping but not for wedding cakes . I ordered my wedding cake months ago and while it tasted good it was not designed the way I ordered it . They didn't tell me that the top layers was going to be to heavy for the stand that we rented from them . So the top two layers had to be put on a different stand . Then they didn't bring the hearts for my cupcakes and said if they didn't have them back at the store they would just go to hobby lobby and find something just as pretty I told them I didn't pay for something just as pretty. They finally located some at another Publix. When it got time to pack everything away they didn't leave the boxes and we had improvise They did refund me $150 but the money wasn't what was important to me. They ruined what I ordered

They are good for the most part but I never had a cashier tell me before that "Adults shouldn't buy candy for Easter.' when i went to make an Easter basket. She asked me all these personal questions about my family and who the candy was for. Its not like i bought a lot. Very disappointing to me. Adults are for sure allowed to buy candy. How would a kid do it?? Even if its not for kids, adults like to have fun too. I didn't appreciate the criticism.

The pharmacist (Mary) was annoyed with me because she had to call my doctor for verification - so, in turn, she wouldn't apply the "Good Rx" coupon to my order, which would have saved me $20. Kinda petty. I won't be bothering her again.

We need some fresh stuff now that we're here and so I did a quick shop. There are two other Publix supermarkets nearby but this one worked well. Clean and organized produce, well stocked beer coolers, leveled shelves everywhere and masks required for customers and staff. I found exactly what I needed and paid for it swiftly. A very good experience. [Review 14345 overall, 1669 of 2020, number 713 in South Carolina.]

They need to make it clear to customers that the person bagging the groceries is more often than not challenged in some manner. So that when an uncomfortable phrase is uttered toward someone trying to enjoy shopping there isn't any question about what just happened' are they being rude etc.

I like the people there but they are not enforcing the use of masks in their store. Both their staff and customers are non-compliant and I would recommend going elsewhere.

When we first moved here we loved this Publix. But the shine has worn off. We had a couple of really nice Publix stores near our old home in another state that really were very nice and had super customer service & excellent selection of food, beer & wine. But this particular Publix is not a center of excellence. Decent but not great variety of food, spices, and beer/wine. The service is not stellar. For the money I spend on groceries I have a better experience at Harris Teeter on the island...or the big Kroger at Shelter Cove.
