If your only interested in getting your rent and getting tenants work orders taken care of, this company is for you. If you are expecting to have your property taken care of, you need to find another company. Their website says they do monthly inspections inside and outside. Maybe they do for some. It was not done for 12 months with ours until the tenant moved out.In response to Realty Management Advisors rebuttal to my above review.This was taken directly off your website“ House Check Up: Every few weeks one of our property managers will go to the house to perform a general interior and exterior check up.”This is under the Concierge Services in Hilton Head and Bluffton

They constantly harassed my tenants (who were taking great care of the property) until they decided to move out. They were great tenants. I will never use this company and definitely don't recommend unless you enjoy having an empty rental house.

Carl Cirinelli and his team at Realty Management have been managing my rental property in Bluffton since 2009. Being a long-distance owner, I became reliant on Carl getting things done and keeping my tenant and I happy. Carl was always there for my tenants if any issue popped up; big or small. He communicated to me immediately for any expense requiring authorization. I rate his communication - excellent! Because of his long track record, he has a team of contractors to call upon who can deal with any challenge - from painters to HVAC to appliance repair – and he gets it done with no drama for the tenant or myself. Last year, after putting the house up for sale, a detailed home inspection was completed; Carl developed a tick list, and with his team they went above and beyond getting things perfect leading to a successful sale. If you need someone to manage your property in the Bluffton, Hilton Head area – I can’t recommend Carl and Realty strongly enough.

Carl and Kathy have really gone above and beyond in managing my home for rent. From finding renters for every open period, to great cleaning, to coordinating details, even to collecting my mail and sending to me. I have to worry about absolutely nothing! If I could give them more than 10 I would. Highly recommend!

So far I am having an amazing experience with them .Carl, has been fantastic in helping me with a rental in Margaritaville. Move at the end of December. He's been very accommodating and patient with is. I'm happy with how clean the properties are. Renting and the costs of renting are pretty tough around here but Realty for a great place & priced fairly home for us.

I highly recommend RMA - it isn't often you can say that a property management company provides personal and prompt support to renters (if ever), so Carl and team have made a remarkable impression wirh their prompt, professional and caring attitude toward my concerns and needs as a renter. I have been in the process of relocating to the Bluffton area and Carl has been a huge support in helping find a rental property and then staying in constant communication to answer any and all questions I have. He has gone above and beyond to ensure my move to the new area is as smooth and worry free as possible.

Carl at Realty Management Advisors was a big help in telling me how much I could get for rent when looking at the property that I eventually bought. He then quickly found me great tenants who have been taking care of the property and paying rent on-time. Whenever a repair is needed RMA is quick to notify me and get someone out there ASAP to fix the issue and keep the tenants happy. I would definitely recommend RMA to anyone looking for property management in the Bluffton/ Hilton Head area.
