This is a wonderful Bank and give Great customer service. I was with a different Bank in this area and Beaufort with my business which was lacking in Good service and I closed it! I am very pleased with a few new accounts i just opened along with my Old accounts with Regions Bank..

This is probably the best bank I've ever had an account in. The staff is extremely welcoming and very sweet. They are all so helpful. I was in serious trouble with my account because I didn't know how venmo worked and I was overdrawn in my accout. It was my last bit of money. They completely understood and waived my overdraft fee instead for taking all I had for this week. It's nice to know that I bank with HUMANS instead for robots. Everyone that works there deserves recognition.

I had fraud on my credit card and regions bank canceled the credit card without my knowledge. They never sent an email or any kind of information to let me know they were doing this. I called on it and found out that they were sending me a new card and it would be there within days. It never arrived. I called again this past week to find out where my card was and they said they dropped the ball . No one had sent it to me and nothing had been done with my file. In the meantime, they were going to overnight it at no charge... like they were doing me a big favor… And after being a 31 year customer, I told him I wasn’t paying anything. I was guaranteed the credit card would be here the next day or the latest, within two days by 3 PM via FedEx. It has yet to arrive and it is now almost 9 hours later. I am supposed to be moving and cannot get a moving truck all because I need a credit card. They have ruined my weekend and disrupted my entire plans of going out of state with a truck to move furniture. There’s no real sincere apology and after being with this bank for 31 years, I am going elsewhere. They have showed me no customer service. I was told this evening “just wait until Monday.” They are not the ones sitting here with furniture and boxes that should’ve been moved two days ago. Absolutely disgusted.

The Tellers and Manager were very helpful in Bluffton but mobile App has never worked and impossible to reach Customer service. If you like Mobile Banking choose a different Bank..

Attempted to open a simple checking account. Deposited $200.00 in cash. Then a couple of days later I was informed that Regions Bank had decided for whatever reason to close my account. They refused to return my $200.00 deposit. No one could give me a reason why this happened. I was finally told that my money would be mailed to me 10 business days later! The manager Greg was unsympathetic, incompetent, and plain useless. How he achieved his position is beyond me. I would not recommend using this bank for any reason, ever.
