After spending hours online looking at rugs but unable to determine quality, weight, feel, etc, I happened upon Rugs By Shawn. Seeing, touching and talking about the rugs with Shawn was the precursor to him bringing my selections to my house to see exactly how they looked. It really is the best way to buy a big decorator item. I was amazed at the level of customer service and time that Shawn spent with me. He was sincerely interested in a satisfied customer.His prices were reasonable and avoiding a regrettable decision of buying an online rug, sight unseen, made the slight incremental cost worth it.Shawn is an exceptional businessman.

Great rugs and very nice professional people. I bought several rugs from Shawn and Vanessa. They have a great selection and brought the rugs to our house to see what we liked best. They are easy to work with and we had a great experience working with them.

We have 5 designer sisal rugs on our porch that we thought our elderly dog had ruined. We were prepared to buy new ones. Shawn and Vanessa came to our house to evaluate and we agreed to let them attempt to restore them. They turned out beautifully and we could not be more pleased.

I’ve had a Pakistani prayer rug for many years. Unfortunately the dog liked it, too, and chewed the binding in several places. I took the rug to Shawn who repaired, cleaned, and Scotch Guarded it. Not only is the rug like new, but I can’t say enough good things about Shawn, his level of customer service and knowledge of fine rugs. One might pay a bit more than with cheaper rug cleaners, but his methods of cleaning and repair are authentic and far superior! Do your rugs a favor and take them to him!
