  Russell Stover just opened a chocolate shop at Tanger Hilton Head. They have everything from milk to dark varieties. They even have a delicious Dubai Style Chocolate, I’m a big fan already.
  The selection is awesome. They even have the classics assorted boxes that we all loved growing up.
