I used to really enjoy visiting this location but the manager who has been there for the past two years makes it an unpleasant experience. She acts as if she’s annoyed and she’s rude. I’m sure some of it is because she is short-staffed, but I can’t help but to think this is also result of her terrible attitude. I ONLY visit this store because ULTA and the local beauty supply store doesn’t carry what I need. Otherwise, I would take my services elsewhere. Looks like they will continue to close for lunch because this is no way to recruit people to “inquire within” for employment.

Just made a purchase at this location. Was told I would not be able to return the product should it be the wrong item. I decided not to go ahead with the purchase but was then told that the sale was completed and final and that "I saw you read our store policy when you came in". I asked the sales person for her name so I could make a formal complaint . She refused. She also threatened to "slam me out the door". I will never go back and will tell everyone about this experience. This sales person should be fired. If you dont have enough brain cells to figure out how to apply corporate policy correctly then you aren't smart enough to have a management job. I would give this zero stars if that was an option.

Never had a problem with this location. Been my go to for my monthly hair color switch. Manager is super sweet.

The manager there is extremely rude to her employees. I was in there a while back and over heard her call this sweet young lady stupid and talk down to her. I’ve noticed she can’t keep much help in her store due to her attitude. Some days she is really nice and then others she is stuck on her phone and can’t be bothered. She also recommended to someone to color her hair with 40 vol developer. As a hair stylists, I had to pull the customer a side and tell her that’s a huge no no. She would of fried her hair. There was a young lady with tattoos who use to work there that was a hair stylist and she really knew what she was talking about unlike the others. This Sally’s is a joke

The sales person was VERY rude to me. When I walked in I said hello to everyone. I did nothing to warrant the disrespect and rudeness of this woman. She ignored me and when I asked about products behind the counter she said just read the box. Well I'd have to come behind the counter to do that. As a customer we're not allowed behind the counter. I am extremely dissatisfied with my shopping experience and because of it I'll not return to Sally's Beauty supply anywhere unless its absolutely necessary. Under no circumstances will I return to this Sally's. The rude lady was the older black woman with long blonde braids.
