I’m new to Bluffton. I purchased a new Tempurpedic mattress just before we closed on our house back in Illinois. I popped in Sit & Sleep to ask a question about my mattress. The owner, Mary Moore went above and beyond to find an answer for me knowing I wasn’t buying a mattress from her. Mary provided several great ideas to help me solve the issue I am experiencing. I felt very welcomed and ended up chatting with her for several minutes. Mary taught me so much about mattresses in such a short amount of time-which I greatly appreciated. I am confident that if you are in the market for a new mattress, Mary’s store is the place to shop. I will definitely be going back to buy a Tempurpedic pillow from Mary.

My husband and I had the best experience with Mary. We have bought mattress’s and pillows from her in the past also. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and gives us the best deal. We love Sit & Sleep and our new tempur pedic mattress. Highly recommend going to see Mary when you need a mattress.

It is always a pleasure to work with Mary at Sit & Sleep mattress in Bluffton. I have purchased several mattresses and adjustable bases over the last few years. Mary knows the business and genuinely wants you to be happy with her product and service. She goes above and beyond. That’s a rare thing these days! Mary is extremely helpful and friendly. We had to move my son into an apartment last week and she was able to find a Twin XL option that could be delivered the next day. When the delivery crew showed up with the wrong bed, Mary talked to them and found an option from the store that would work at the same price, even though it was more expensive than the one she sold us. She had the truck come to the store to get the bed so that we wouldn't have to wait another 3+ days for the right bed.

We visited the Bluffton location on 4/22/22, and we were blown away by the exceptional customer service we received from Mary M. She greeted us warmly when we arrived and quickly helped us narrow down the many choices available. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient as we made our choice. Who knew that mattress shopping could be so enjoyable! The product selection and prices are terrific, and the customer service is icing on the cake. We will be customers for life.

Mary is so knowledgeable, and her customer service goes above and beyond. She helped my mother find a new guest mattress, as well as a new master bedroom mattress. She didn't try to get us to overspend like a lot of places would have done. This is the best place in Bluffton to purchase a mattress!

Very happy with the service and product at Sit & Sleep. Mary has been great to work with, delivery was right on time and set up was quick. We had a small problem after a couple weeks but Mary was able to give us a quick resolution that we were happy with. Any beds we need in the future we will definitely be back to purchase here.

What a wonderful place to get your next mattress, Mary was such a huge help! If you are looking to support small businesses and find the best quality bed, go to Sit & Sleep. After reading the reviews beforehand, I can understand why this place is so highly rated, don't waste your time in the big mattress stores. Go to Sit & Sleep for a better experience and a salesperson that has all of the knowledge!
