I love my sleep number bed. Sadly, the base for my bed has not worked correctly since I Purchased the bed in 2019. I've tried to call the customer service line. I have been on hold for hours with no resolve. I am beyond frustrated. I do not have any more time to waste sitting on hold. This is my biggest complaint.

All was ok! Our king size split bed, sheets,pillow cases etc all added up to $8000. Bed is now paid for. Unfortunately, we no longer can use our setup. What options,if any are you aware of any, do people (were 80 yrs old) have to move on? We have enjoyed our bed but in retrospect, feel we were oversold. Any help you may be aware of would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Read the fine print! We bought the split top king with the 100 day sleep test guarantee, and after about 80 days decided that we would switch to a full split king. During the exchange, we were told it would be over $350 to swap and that only the mattress is exchangeable, the base is not.The reason for the exchange is that both person's must agree to the lower position and that is not workable. Also, the sheets slide around over the mattress protector, bunching up under your body making for a very uncomfortable experience. Also in order to reprogram the base, you must buy a remote control because while you can control the base with the phone app, they can not reprogram it by app.None of these things were explained during the sale process of a $10,000 bed!!Customer service advised to turn the mattress protector over to the less slippery side and to buy their own $250 cotton sheet set (so another $1000 in sheets!). The bed is comfy, but for a bed that cost more than my first car, I would have expected a little more integrity. Also, once you swap out your mattress, the 100 sleep test is voided and you are stuck with the bed. We were also sold the bed under a 12 month same as cash deal with no interest, but surprise, Synchrony charges interest any way. Sleep number blames Synchrony, Synchrony blames Sleep Number and you are left holding the bag, or bed, in this case. Caveat Emptor!There are now many other adjustable base beds on the market, many with more features than Sleep Number and several at about half the price. Do your research and don't be "sold". Ask questions. We trusted that we were getting the best, but that was not the case.

The store is clean, has lots of options and Carlos was just terrific. Very personable and highly knowledgeable of the different bed options with no high pressured sales pitch. The new bed we bought is unbelievable. I would encourage everyone seeking a new bed to check out Sleep Number!

Took a whole afternoon to order our bed because they only had one person working that day but it was worth it! We love our bed and it's the most comfortable one we've ever owned. We bought a Cal king for half price at over 7k during one of their sales. We also bought sheets to go with it but those were overpriced and cheaply made. 2 years in and they're already discolored and ripped.

Love the products. Hate how long it takes to make a simple purchase. Took me a half hour to buy a pillow in-store off the shelf and order a knee pillow they didn't have in stock. Way too long!!! Won't do it again. Will just order online for delivery.

Initially worked with manager Carlos and a salesman no longer there. Buying experience A1. Took 3.5 months to get bed, so if you need something right away, good luck. We have been using the I8 Smart Bed for a week and love it. Still playing with settings. Cool features such a sleep monitoring available as well. Go see Carlos, Brenda or Ashley!!

We had been shopping for a mattress for a while. My friend recommended that we not make any decisions until we visited aSleep Number store. Carlos greeted us at the door. He listened patiently to the answers to his questions about sleep positions, health conditions - and honestly, to anything else we felt like talking about. We cannot wait for our mattress to arrive and for good sleep to be the norm! Carlos, we are so grateful for your professional, friendly and patient demeanor!
