This bank reminds me of the banks of yesteryear, when a banking relationship was very personal! I am please to say I have set up two business accounts with Synovus Bank. Norm Collins is a difference maker. He has explained to me in terms which are understandable, why Synovus is such a good fit for my business. Norm Collins is the best relationship banker I have ever met in my 56 years and if you aren't using him, and Synovus, for your banking needs you are 100% missing out. Great rates and programs, better people!

Went to the branch to see why a payment would not process with my new debit card. Sat down waiting for another employee as instructed by the teller. Another customer came in. Listened to a whole conversation between them for about 10 minutes and decided I needed to get back to work. As I got up to leave the teller picked up the phone to call the other employee and said wait just a minute sir and I instructed her that I have to get back to work. Apparently my time was wasted even going to the Bluffton branch. Looked like only two employees working at the branch at the time.

Both Bluffton and Hilton Head Island branches have the best customer! They are personable and go out of their way to assist. The cookies in the waiting area are a nice warm welcoming touch 😉! Thank you Kris, Traute, Armando and Arlene for making us feel like family!
