I work at the store I can't get anyone to pick up the phone. They want you to call Lynn if you're going to be out but nobody I mean nobody I could try for two hours does not pick up the phone. that's the phone at the return counter and also if you call HR, nobody will pick up the phone very poorly ran. like all the items in the isles all the stuff that people just drop everywhere I don't know where they feel they could do that. They wouldn't do it at home All over. the employees are just as bad they'll walk by step over ignore and won't pick anything up and bring it back to fulfillment. This is why that store always looks so dirty. customers every day saying how bad the store looks . as they walk in the floors doing other things they will will not pick up items and bring them to fulfillment, no, that's not their job as they say I just do my job and they ignore everything else. The employees just do not care about anybody or anyone it's very poorly ran. the store manager is I don't know whatshe's doin, she needs to hold her people accountable. Also, if you want us to wear red shirts, you must make everybody wear a red shirt people in HR people out on the floor and if you don't want us to wear a gray sweatshirt over it tell everybody not just one person. What you do for one you have to do for allThe employees that think they managers that are not need to be spoken to because they stand around more than anybody and just having conversations and then point fingers at everyone else that is working. this is why you lose so many people because nobody cares if you have a good person you think you'd want to keep them, but Target just does not care. When the customer comes to the cashier to cash out and they start saying well, this says it's got 20% off and this is got 10% off and they have no proof they don't have the app you go ask one of the higher ups and then I give it to them I don't care is that the attitude you want it's like after well people are gonna come in and know they can get away with any price that you give Also the same with gift cards they say I'm supposed to get a five dollar gift card they did not apply that to their app they don't even have the app bring it to the person that is higher up than you and what are they do oh come here I'll give you a gift card I mean there's no rhyme or reason same watching all these videos they tell you the alcohol one you must proof everybody can you have a cashier that doesn't know how to do it, saying she was never shown and it's just entering birthdays. She doesn't even know if this person has a license or not. The store needs a lot of work. They need to get corporate in here and clean this up. Get rid of the dead bee people the ones that stand around and do nothing and keep the good ones , it's a very busy store and it needs a lot a lot of help

Every time I stop at this Target I regret it! Always a totally mess! Items on the floor, dirty, and the bathrooms are disgusting! Corporate needs to show up unexpectedly to see this store!! There is no reason for this Target to look like this but for lack of management!! Only gave one star because there was nothing lower to hit!

I have been in this Target on 278 several times and each time it gets worse. Clothing all over the floor, empty shelves, boxes in the isles, and the seasonal section is a mess. Before arriving to the store today I looked on my Target app to check for sales. Thankful that I did because none of the items showing the sale on the app were marked on the shelves. I am not sure what is going on in this store but it needs a good manager. I used to be able to go into Target for a few things and come out with my cart overflowing with items I really didn't need, but had to have them. I'll be shopping else where.

I was so surprised when I walked in and saw the disarray and lack of product. I have always considered Target above Marshall's, Old Navy and Home Goods, but not this one on this day. I think I personally hung up at least four items. I'm not sure if this is due to lack of staff, lack of management or irresponsible shoppers, but I was so surprised. I had an urge to start helping or come back early in the morning and help get them organized. I'm not saying that I'll never go back, I was just so surprised. I also understand that more people are shopping on line and maybe none of this matters in that case. Just wanted to offer an opinion.

Overall the store is a mess, things are not in the proper areas, which makes it harder to shop. Finding an employee to help you is also very difficult as there is rarely anyone around. Went to the Starbucks today and was met with rude baristas. I ordered a tall matcha latte with oat milk and classic syrup. I watched as the worker pumped what looked like 7-8 pumps of syrup in a drink that normally only gets 3. Also, instead of scooping the matcha, I watched as she poured the matcha from the bag. As a result the drink had way too much syrup and matcha making it taste weird. I ended up throwing away the drink as all the workers seems u approachable and unwilling to help me.

Iced americano, there is no charge for almond milk when there is just a splash of almond milk just like there is no charge for half and half. The gal behind the counter "every Starbucks is different". Also Incorrect. Understanding how to charge guests is key to using the register. If I got a latte with almond milk you would charge because it's a full cup and a full cup of cows milk is also charged with the price of a latte. Figure it out. Be consistent.

We bought a Nintendo switch game for our kids, but the game was apparently a "Digital Download". They are just ripoffs and a waste of money. So we try to install the game and it says use the code on the receipt. Well we went back and looked on our target card history and there is no code. We call Nintendo they say they can't help us. Try calling target. Okay we call Target and get passed around to 4 people. None of which can help, even though we have the order number for which we purchased the game. Ultimately after 2 hours on the phone they say they can't help us and to call Nintendo. Oh also Target won't give us a refund even though we paid for a game that we can't even use. BUYER BEWARE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. Also the customer service did not seem interested in resolving our issue, they just wanted to pass the buck.

This target cafe is horribly bad customer service. Worker is not friendly especially one of the older lady. and they has sign for "espresso machine is not working" a lots of time. They are not working well and get paid.

Parking lot is a disgusting mess of trash and litter. Take the time to clean up once in a while. It's your responsibility. It's absolutely awful. Gross

All the way back to here because we needed better pillows and who has a better selection than Target? Yes, the bedding section here is excellent. And while I'm hopping Target, I needed a corkscrew and some nuts and a bottle of wine and before you know it, I'm up to $125. Oy vey. Full COVID protocols here with masks required, hand sanitizing stations and plexiglass at the registers, where "stand here" decals are placed on the floor to help with social distancing. The store was clean and the parking lot was as well lit as they're allowed to here. [Review 14349 overall, 1673 of 2020, number 716 in South Carolina.]

DISAPPOINTED. I went to get the vineyard vines backpack cooler in the American whale print. It's the very last one so I was pumped they had one left! I noticed the bottom was VERY SCRATCHED and DIRTY! It's a $40 cooler (which is kinda a lot...to me at least) so I went to customer service to ask if they would discount it because it was clearly a return and not in brand new shape. The guy at customer service immediately denied my request about as soon as I asked. Before honestly even looking at what I was talking about. I asked him why? It was clearly dirty and scratched and a return he said it was on the bottom...I explained how it was the last one and $40 for a scratched and very dirty and returned cooler was offering really terrible customer service. He clearly didn't care and He didn't even ask if I wanted it anyways and said "ok" and proceeded to put it in the bin behind him. I told him he was providing horrible customer service and he clearly didn't care. Incredibly disappointed in this target employee and will not be shopping here when we come to Hilton head from now on. Incredibly rude! Bad customer service go spend your money somewhere else!

Excellent service! You would never think a Target store as being friendly. But they sure are. My daughter had a good time with her friends. And saved herself a little money. Recommended.

Poorly run front end of store! One register open with 4 people in line and at least as many waiting for the self-checkout. All this while employees are standing around. Seriously!

Please do not shop at Target. Beaufort County Passed a NO SINGLE USE bag law, so Target now supplies thicker bags for free calling them multiple use bags. Supplying customers with bags that are now worse for the environment. I did not see one customer walk in with there own bags.

So this Target Pharmacy which is a CVS deserves negative Stars the customer service is not there they waste your time to tell you they don't have the product you're looking for when you ask if they can check for a CVS nearby that might have a prescription they get upset and they whine like little children
