I shopped here recently while on vacation, and was delighted to experience incredibly warm, attentive customer service in addition to the great quality TB clothing I have gotten used to at home in California. The best part of my recent experience was the prompt, friendly way the staff member handled an error I had called about after discovering it on my receipt after I had gotten back home. So many other retailers have slid into impersonal, uncaring approaches to customer service -- I was thrilled and touched to discover the total opposite at this Tommy Bahama outlet store. I'm eager to find a reason to travel back to the Hilton Head area just so I can shop at this store again!

Our family was headed to Hilton Head for some golf and fun with our grandson. I remembered I forgot to pack a shirt for golf. We stopped in the Tommy Bahama Outlet. We were greeted by a very nice young man who was very helpful with our selection and purchase. We always enjoy shopping with Tommy Bahama.

Terrific deals and service at one of our favorite stops during our stays in Hilton Head. Picked up a great deal on two of my favorite colors in button down summer shirts.David was phenomenal as our salesperson. We had a fun conversation about how he brings bad weather events wherever he travels. We told him to give us a call if he was ever heading to our part of the country so we could leave town if he brought devestating weather with him!It is fun having someone engage with you that is having fun at work. Well done David!
