I went in to return some amazon purchases and left before we finished. The employee could not have been more unpleasant. He appeared put out to have to help a customer. He mumbled and when I asked him to repeat he talked faster and mumbled more. I have never had this much trouble trying to send packages out at this location to the point where we left. I only got one package sent out and had three to go.

Every time I go to this UPS store, the people who work there are so down trodden; it's like they're serving a prison sentence.

I see that many people have had a negative experience. I think it is fair to say that it’s like that in many establishments like this. We went in with an amazon return. Found the self service. It was the easiest thing since sliding a loaf of bread. I want to say we did receive a greeting and I know we received one when we left because I made eye contact with the young adult. The only I had, which is silly, was no clear direction where to place the package I scanned in. We just kind of turned around and placed it where we thought it should go and waited to be yelled at lol. But no correction came so I guess we were right. We will return to this store just for the self service portion!

Rude, rude, rude. Horrific customer service and the gentleman that was working at 2pm on 9/1 couldn't care less about his job. Not sure why he's there when he clearly is not into helping anyone. Now in the end I did not ship anything back but that was a separate issue. Will never use that UPS Store again.

If I could have put 0 stars I would have. The entire staff had nothing but attitude and not helpful at all. If they hate their jobs that much, then they should go find a new one. This is the second time I've come to this location and gotten the same energy, nothing but negativity. Your in customer service, it's your job to service, it's sad when I have to go to a different location just to get better service. Pathetic.

Staff seem to really not want to be here. Every time I come in, not a single person looks up or acknowledges incoming patrons to indicate that that are free to assist: most recently, I walked in and there were two associates the counter staring at the computer screen. When one looked up, I was waved over, and the entire exchange occurred in silence. I understand that being at work isn’t always where you want to be, but I will go out of my way from now on to go to other locations where I have more faith that my parcels will be handled promptly and effectively.

Visited to ship pre labeled packages 2 days in row. Said good morning and hi each day. No good morning or anything back. No words spokenT all. No return visit by me in future.

Shipping isn't cheap but the ups store makes it painless. Always busy and sometimes backed up they move as fast as they can but treat each customer with courtesy and professionalism.

Went to drop off amazon return packages and the employee made a comment about how he "was sick of amazon package returns" when I asked how he was doing. This made for an awkward interaction when I told him I had 3 amazon packages to return. I suppose this employee does not enjoy his job and should look for employment elsewhere because the rest of our interaction was unpleasant since he clearly did not want to deal with customers.

The lack of customer service skills that the employees of this store exhibit never ceases to amaze me. From straight up rude to completely disengaged, you never know what you’ll get. I’d normally say it’s this new generation of entitled workers, but even the older staff act like they’re doing you a favor by scanning your prepaid package. It’s sad that you get better service when you drop off at a CVS or the like. Whoever manages this location needs a 101 class in common courtesy.

Tyeesha was a really nice to me when I got there and she helped me out with my return. She was truly so kind to me best customer service ever !!
