How these individuals treat the public is beyond appalling. Rude, arrogant, and obviously don't like interacting with people. The ratings for this particular store are amongst the lowest in the country, and all for good reason. They would be lower if yiu could leve a zero star review. After years of horrible service, its shocking to see all of the rude ladies who work at the desk still employed. Apparently whoever is in charge of this dump could care less about public opinion.

Staff is beyond lazy! Arrived during walk in hours for passport and was told “we don’t do walk-in hours on a Friday” yup well it was a Thursday. During the walk-in hours we were told the agent was on lunch. Okay why would they be on lunch during the one hour you offer walk-in services? They arrived at the end of walk-in service time and said they were no longer able to service me as it was appointment only this point forward. The agent sat there arguing with me stating it was none of my business where he was during walk-in hour when I stated we still needed to be serviced as we were here on time and he was not. Useless and lazy. Do.your.job!

The Hispanic lady with brown hair at the front is incredibly rude and unhelpful. She only gives partial information then wants to get an attitude when asking for more information. Completely unprofessional

I would like to Thank supervisor Steve for answering the phone 5 mins before closing and helped me track my package that was delivered to the wrong address because the sender put terrible and unreadable address on the package. I was able to locate my package on the same day. Thank you Steve for your assistance. You were very appreciative.

Everything about this post office is horrible. They loose packages constantly. Even small packages say put in postal locker but no key and no info. They make u get in a big line only for them to say we cannot find it we will call you. Then never do. Amazon returned a lot of my money if it is not where they say it is Amazon has to get involved. Even the informed delivery at this post office don't work. Out of all my mail it tells you that you have one package out of every 30 or so you get then when you click on it they bring you to a page that says error. It's like every thing about this post office is broke. They must have gone woke!

Wow! Such a great experience at the post office. I went in to mail and renew my passport and the employee Steve made it so easy and got me out of there and record time even though I didn’t have an appointment! He was very direct and friendly. I absolutely will return here.

What a wonderful experience today thanks to the Post Master, Terry Yardley. She was very busy, but took the time to help me figure out what happened to our postal box issues.
She was very professional and helpful. She cleared up the issue with our box. I asked her name because I wanted to publicly thank her. Thank you, Ms. Yardley!

Mrs. Liza was very rude, she doesn't know how to serve people, I was talking to her and asking her some questions and she told me to get out of line and started serving other people, she never gave me an answer to my question, and She was very rude, I really wouldn't like her to serve me again.

Doug (dark skin, middle age, guy who does passports) was unprofessional, uncooperative and unkind. I had two bad experiences with him. The second time my husband was 5 minutes late for our daughter's passport appointment and he absolutely refused to wait - even though we have 15 minutes total - another 10 to go -and he refused to wait despite my husband parking the car and coming in. Instead he took the next appointment and she was 10 minutes early. I kept saying please, I was very polite and he kept cutting me off mid sentence and saying "No! Reschedule!" It was urgent that my daughter got her passport taken care of and also I had taken her out of school and my husband left work for this appointment but he was heartless and disgusting. All passports, paperwork in hand, filled out and 10 minutes left (15 minute alloted for each appointment) and he refused. I asked politely if we could be seen after the woman he took early and he said the same thing "No! Reschedule!" I don't understand why he is allowed to act this way, it is incredibly unprofessional. He even refused to give me his name but someone else working there did.I will say there was another person working there who rescheduled our appointment and he was very empathetic and kind, perhaps he had his own bad experiences with DOUG.So maybe you will get lucky and someone else working there will help you but avoid DOUG.

Elizabeth Jameson from the Bluffton Post Office did an excellent job of tracking down a package.. she followed through and returned a phone call, was extremely helpful and so pleasant..
