Went there for my prescription and explained how my express pay was already charged for prescription. The pharmacy tech Veronica then told me I still needed proof but my app wasn't working and wouldn't pull up. She then told me to turn my wifi off which I did and I explained it still wasn't working. I told her to charge it as I'm trying to go to work and can't deal with it at the moment and I can just call if there was problems. She then told me I can go elsewhere if I'd like. I explained next time I will if I'll get treated like this. She needs to learn customer service !

Closed on Friday when doctors are working. Open on Saturday but when calling in the afternoon to find out why my Rx isn’t filled yet I spend 19 minutes on hold listening to that voice and when the phone is finally answered I was told by a person to PLEASE HOLD! A couple of minutes later some beeps and I am hung up on! I once was a pharmacist. I am on a cancer clinical trial. Ugh! Okatie may be a farther drive but…..

Horrible horrible customer service in the pharmacy I have been with Walgreens for 20 years in 4 different states but this location is one of the worst. The pharmacists are very professional but the so called techs need to be fired immediately!! My doctor accidentally sent my prescriptions to Walgreens and not CVS I changed my pharmacy about 6 months ago. The pharmacy tech, if that's what you call her, was so rude rolling her eyes at me with these huge fake eyelashes and long blonde wig with fake nails so long that is unacceptable and unsanitary during a pandemic. This location used to be one of the best until they started hiring non qualified people in the pharmacy, this woman stopped wearing a name tag in which I am assuming is because there are numerous complaints against her. Some patients like myself are sick and not feeling well at all and we have to come to a pharmacy with a person that lacks any customer service skills whatsoever and rolls her eyes because I asked a question on why my prescription wasn't covered. I had to phone my doctor and have him phone my prescription into CVS. This location used to be one of the best with techs that would find out and call the dr to see if there was another prescription that was covered, this woman just dismisses you and rolls her eyes because she doesn't want to work or she isn't qualified to work in that position. This woman should be outback emptying boxes or cleaning toilets she has no business working with customers/patients, and I will call corporate everyday all day until they get rid of her, this isn't a 1 time incident she consistently displays horrible customer service leading to yet again another customer going to CVS where the techs are qualified to do their jobs

Had 2nd covid sho¹t scheduled 8:00 pm. Nobody there. Was pretty excited to get this done. Was surprised Walgreens was an option but I took it. Now I'm not surprised. Confirmation #K8Z6APDH7AG6L8 All good. Lights on, nobody home.

Really wish there was an option for no stars because this place sucks! The customer service is despicable and every single time I have come here my prescriptions has been messed up. I write this review as I am sitting in their drive thru for the SECOND time today. Avoid filling your scripts here at all costs!

Worst quality photo printing I have EVER seen. Went in to return the photos immediately after purchasing. I had used a split payment and they tried to put it all back on the debit card instead of giving me my 45$ cash. Poor image quality, BS customer service. Really sketchy when I preface my return with, "I paid 45$ cash and the difference with my card" and they still attempt to put everything back on my card.

The pharmacy girl is very rude. He doesn't allow you to ask her any questions. She just wants you to tell the name on your medication, But how are you going to give her a name when you don't know if the medicine is under your 30-day's son’s name or mommy’s name...? she doesn't allow a question outside of you telling the name

First off, the second star is because the Pharmacist was so helpful. Otherwise, my experience at Walgreens was atrocious. The girl at the pharmacy window, Tiffany, called my mom a bitch- yup, that's correct. Been struggling with a cold and went to Walgreens with my mom to get some meds. I needed a decongestant such as Sudafed, which the kind pharmacist recommended. When going up to the window to ask for it, Tiffany was extremely rude, first just saying something like "what you want?" We proceeded to ask for Sudafed, so she said "which one?" Both my Mother and I asked similar questions, as we didn't know what was available since the packages aren't in plain view to see. Tiffany responded harshly "I can't hear you talk over each other!" Finally we received the medicine that was best suited. My mother showed her Walgreens card and asked "do you need to see this?" Tiffany replied: "yes I do, B******* The "****** was slightly under her breath but clearly audible. We were so taken aback that we completely forgot to buy the other items we came for. Tiffany seems to really be a detriment to this Walgreens location. Just WOW. Do Not talk to my Mother like that!

The people there are nice. They're not the quickest in filling orders, but they are really nice. I wasn't too happy that they doubled the price of my in-laws prescription within 90 days. I still think they made a huge mistake and will find out shortly. They do have a well stocked facility with many cosmetics, food, vitamins, etc. I suppose the stuff you would see at any Walgreens.

Do not come here. You will not get any service at all! Of all the people who work here no one will help you. After having them tell me to wait for 20 minutes I've been now waiting for a whole hour. Fully staffed they still can't do their job. I've never been so upset.the pharmacist at the counters can never find anything. They are clueless and can care less! I just needed a prescription shampoo that they had in a shelf and "couldn't" find. It was very upsetting that the fact I had to wait more than an HOUR.
