My dog and I saw Dr. Sally Iseman today and I LOVED her!! She was so kind and engaging but I could tell the entire time she was chatting with me, she was assessing my dog and every move he made. By the time she actually touched him, she already knew so much about him! She recommended a new treatment for my old man’s joints and I’m excited for the results. And the price was absolutely reasonable.Dr. Brian Gallery also did a tail amputation (medically necessary) on my dog years ago and everything went perfectly and I was very pleased with him. My dog still had his cute lil “nub” and wags it just the same.

Store front Vet. Smiles and welcoming, but do not care about your pets. Do not bring an animal with a preexisting condition, the vet will want to “try their tried and true” remedy, even though previous vet records were sent with medical remedies for existing condition. Go elsewhere for sick animals. Even with an appointment, they request you leave the animal for later pick up..?They will “call when meds are available.” You call a week later, and the meds are “not there”. One hour later, they are available?? They will also “lose” your cremation and ceramic paw print unless you call everyday. This vet needs to think hard about their career choice. You will play phone tag until you leave a negative review.I specifically requested for a continuation of treatment for my dog's illness. Your vet wanted to do his own approach. In response to " refusing" further treatment, I wanted to see if she improved. She did not, and it was too late. I am not blaming her passing on your practice, I brought her there to pass peacefully. Overall, my experience was poor. There were several appointments that I was pushed to drop off. And once Sadie was cremated (cremation was done 3rd party and arrived promptly), I was told everything would be mailed (paw prints). I waited 2 weeks (very similar to the medication situation) and I was told they could not locate the ceramic paw prints. I had to come into the office to pick them up 3 weeks after my dog's passing. Of course I did not want to speak to anyone.

I was very pleased with services after receiving pet and kennel care for my sweet dog. Angela is a great access to their staff. Will definitely recommend.

Dr. Iseman was very caring with our dogs and addressed their needs. Dogs were well loved during their well visit and seemed to enjoy it!! Techs are very kind and helpful too!!

We LOVE these people. They are very good with my dogs. My dogs always pull me to the door to get inside to the STAFF. My dogs LOVE them, and I do TOO!!!

I have no problems with this vet, except communication. I’ve been taking my dog and cat here for about 2 or 3 years now. They’ve always been so nice and helpful. Yesterday I had my sister in law drop my pup off for a routine rabies vaccine. I called at 12:18 to make sure she made it there and gave them a good call back number. Hours go by so I call again just to check and see if she’d been picked up, it’s 4 pm at this point. The lady informed me that they have been “trying to call me” and I informed them that I had not one missed call. Nor did my husband or my sister in law. No one had called to update me on the status of my pet nor did they call to discuss the price of the service and provide me options. It’s really worrying as a pet owner when your pet is somewhere for hours and you can’t get to them or haven’t had a single phone call. The only communication I had with them was the three times I called. And not a single missed call from them.

Started taking our chihuahua here about a year ago when she was 3 months old. We've had a very good experience with everyone. Bella has had shots, checkup, medication, follow ups and spay surgery. Everything went great! I highly recommend this office.

Doko Animal Hospital is our go to Vet in Blythewood, SC. The doctor shows genuine care for our dogs, Pablo and Bella and for that we are very thankful. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

This was my first time taking my dog here. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and my dog is almost all healed up. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff of techs and veterinarians. Will definitely use them for all of my K9 needs.
