Not sure who the customer no service rep was that hung up on me but four boxes overflowing and apparently it doesn’t matter at all to them. Absolute clown show.

Can never get anyone to help, need a bulk pick up but can't get them on the phone. did the online request as well and nothing. They dropped off 4 bins that we did not request. Can't get them to pick them up either. just terrible service. Even the employee of Iron Mountain said they get so many complaints. SMH

Almost impossible to communicate with. They appear to go out of their way to do everything automated in order to not communicate. When you do get someone they have very limited means to assist in any way.
