I come here all the time, I absolutely love the Manager name Shay . She is awesome, and customer service is amazing! I know this store is under staff and has a high turnover right. Shay make sure my food is hot , ready and made correctly!

Went there because my 5 year old son love their stuff crust pizza. Grabbed the order and took it home. Normally they show you the pizza before you walk out but it was busy. Opened it up at home and it looked like they got slices from another pizza to add to ours. One of the slices had another slice on the bottom. Ordered some papa bites for the 3 yr old since he loves those. They looked like they were sitting out for 2 hours. I picked up my order within 15 mins of ordering.

They don’t care about the customer. Ordered through DoorDash and they canceled my order without telling me, just spend 20 dollars for no refund lol.

This place gives Blythewood a terrible look. They let you sit on the phone for so long just so they don’t have to take orders until they’re ready to close. But look who’s running the establishment. The atmosphere speaks for itself.

I don’t know why I can here in the first place. It’s been about a year so I thinking they might have gotten better. This gotta be the worse set of cheese sticks I ever bought. My edges are hard all the way around and no cheese on the end pieces. I never seen one this bad the cheese sticks usually be on point. I will never go back?.

I waited on the phone for a 20 to 30 minutes to place my order for delivery. Finally someone answered the phone and I started placing my order and told me that they were getting ready to close and couldn’t take any more orders. I told them I had been waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes to place an order. Why are they closing at 10pm and online it says at 12am? ??♂️ This is very frustrating because I have a lot of kids to feed.

I ordered at 1:40 pm. It is 4:10 and status has been "on its way for almost an hour. Why does delivery in Columbia suck so bad! Every place is like this! But Papa John's is the worst!

It's hit and miss with papajohns on McNulty rd. Blythewood. It depends on workers. I've had good food and some that were bad enough for me not to visit for 5-6 months. Last visit 2 weeks ago, will not go back unless someone else is buying. May go back to pizza hut.

I had the worst, horrific experience at this Papa John's. I ordered one pizza and 5 toppings. I was ordered at 5:26 p.m. I was told it would take about 25 minutes, well 6:15 p.m. came to pass and when I inquired about my pizza they hadn't even made it yet. I was very angry ? but held my peace. I and several people in line asked for refunds. I will no, not never, ever visit this establishment again.??
