Rude people. Their air machine pretty much let all the air out of my tire because it kept throwing errors. Of course the woman behind the counter was condescending as hell instead of dealing with the machine. She tells me to call the service company. It's your machine! They didn't even offer a refund. Straight trash.

I had a terrible experience at Pitt Stop, 10328 Wilson Blvd, Blythewood, SC 29016. I was in a hurry and provided the Mudflap fuel code written down, but the attendant, Linda, refused to accept it unless I showed it directly on my phone. This was completely unnecessary since the code should have been enough.
To make matters worse, Linda was very rude throughout the interaction. Her attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated, I do not recommend this location to anyone using Mudflap or expecting decent service.

What kind of gas station does not put the hours of service. Any trucker coming here past midnight don't.It's not open. I have no clue what time they open and close.

Manager Lavonda denied entry of certified service animal upon entry in store...pilot had to stay in car. He is receiving training as diabetic alert detection for glucose levels below 67 and always be able to detect enzymes.. Why else would I have him in store...

Called and asked for diesel price,, they said 2.89,,, got three less than 15 minutes later price was 2.98,, she said,,,Sorry price just went up,,, I left never to return,, I don't do business with liars , I went to quiktrip next door,, at least they are honest

Disappointing to drive so far to find a shell to buy gas because of their competitive prices. And then my husband and me find both restrooms OUT OF ORDER! I didn't even gas my truck. You don't know how important is for some of us women to use restrooms at gas stations guys could do it in a bottle. This company needs to look into this because is almost everywhere we can't find available restrooms anymore in any of these Shell gas stations!!

If you have a classic car or just want to get cheaper gas for the same octane go with non-ethanol for2.99 trust me your car is better without ethanol I am a car mechanic.
