This bank is consistently the worst in Customer Service. The Manager Bobby needs to be evaluated by his superiors. He is always sitting in his office with the door shut while there are long lines at the drive thru and counter. Poor tellers have to handle both locations while he sits in his office apparently unaware of what is going on. I love Truist because it offers many locations throughout the east coast but this branch, my home branch, really puts a mark on their reputation

Huge thank you to Lisa Brannon. Boiling Springs branch. She was a great help getting late fees and interest charges adjusted off my credit card account that were not adjusted when the $1100.00 fraud charges finally were 4 months after the fact. Every month when I received a statement AND when I got a call or letter from collections I called the customer service department (whatever "country" they are in) This was a very timely and definitely NOT an easy task.. even for her . This all started in March and was just resolved late August.This was my first experience with this nightmare... and I pray it's my last. Thanks again Audrey Cantrell

Every time I come to this bank for something they only have 1 person seeing people with account issues. It’s the worst customer oriented banks I have ever been to. As soon as my CD matures I’m done. Anything other than putting in money or taking out . You better be ready to wait hours.

The tellers are always so great and Mr. Foster is always willing to help you out. They will help get you in and out fast. I have been banking here for years and always choose to go to this location because of their friendliness.

I hate going to this location! Lauren is rude and treats me differently than other customers. I had more than 2 bad experiences with her and all I needed to do was a deposit something easy and simple. Poor customer service
