We recently moved from Florida into a new (older) home close to Columbus, NC. The gas log in the living room fireplace was not working when we moved in and I arranged to have a service call done by Carolina Hearth and Patio. Jason arrived this morning within the promised time frame. Although they service the make of the gas log we have, he was not familiar with our model and went way beyond my expectations trying to figure out why the system was not working. A 30-minute service call turned into a two visit! I cannot recommend them high enough and Jason in particular. 5+ out of 5 stars.

It's nice to see so many great reviews. I had a great experience with them when I bought stuff. However, when I got a defective item, they sent me in a different direction without caring to own up to the defective product. Well, it's on them.

This supplier lit my fire logs 2/1/2024.
? was on for less than an hour and went back out. Tech was here less than 10 minutes and now wants more money to return less than 3 miles from the business to compete a task that should have been done at the initial visit.

Reggie was the technician that came out. Carolina Hearth has been the only people to service my gas logs in many years. Reggie was on time and answered all of my questions. I sincerely recommend Carolina Hearth and Patio for purchases and service.

Technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and conscientious. They laid down blankets; fixed, and cleaned our fireplace so it looks brand new. They put everything back the way it was, but now our fireplace works! Thanks so much!

Reggie did a great job servicing our gas logs. He vacuumed, checked everything out, and made sure they were working properly. We have never had gas logs before, so he explained and showed us how to operate them. He also checked our propane tank to make sure we have sufficient propane. He is very proffessional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are very pleased and recommend him and Carolina Hearth & Patio.

Saw the sign saying this business sold ammunition..Stopped in to look for rare ammo and low and behold,they had both of the ones I had been looking for for several months..The gentleman behind the counter was on the phone yet he took the time to walk over and tell me he would be with me shortly..This is RARE these days and I was very impressed.I did make a purchase and was very pleased with the transaction and will be purchasing from them again instead of online even if their prices are a buck or two higher.

Purchased two gas logs kits a few years ago. Had a problem getting the pilot back on and they walked me through it after taking the time to search my orders and pull up the manual. Absolutely wonderful customer service!!!!
