A lady rep says they take bed frames but the male rep comes out and says no because of safety. It’s only a full frame. I understand not taking the bottom box spring but not the frame . Sorry but you guys gave the impression that you wanted to give me a hard time.

At checkout I asked for a price to be lowered they said they couldn't do that but asked me if I wanted to round up my total of $37.25 to $38. That was very unprofessional. And they just throw items in the shelf. Cluttered can see any of what's underneath.

First lesson for Trey.....Stay on your job!! I have always enjoyed browsing and shopping at this location until this evening. My husband was checking to see if 3 kitchen chairs would fit in our car so he took one with him to see. There was no staff around in the store to tell what he was doing. This guy Trey comes up from the side of the building fussing at my husband, who is as God fearing as they come, starts pulling the chair out of the car and was ranting saying that "this is stealing" and threatening to call the police. He literally was pulling the chair and jerking it around in our leather seats acting like he was a bit off. I had to calm my husband down and I understood the situation, but Trey who is an assistant manager should have had enough common sense to know what was going on and could have approached my husband in a different manner. Like I said, I understood both sides, but my husband would not steal a 2 cent piece of candy because he is God fearing and knows what Karma is. Train your people better and teach them to respect their elders. Shame on you Trey....It's not like you're at Saks 5th Avenue or Bloomingdale's!!!!!!

Do not donate here, if you want your goods to support others as they advertise. I just had an employee tell me that he could through my stuff in the trash because I would not give him my black tote. The stuff we were donated was good stuff and gentle used kids shoes. I will take my support elsewhere and I encourage you to think twice too.

I would give this location a zero if it was possible. Worst customer service. 2 female employees working at the register so I assumed they were cashiers , I asked which register do you want me at because I was not acknowledged. They said the cashier is on her lunch break so you have to wait for her to finish. Then a younger male employee walked up to a second register and I said excuse me sir can you check me out? He said no. I guess this location doesn’t want my money. The store was full of customers. What are we supposed to do? Just wait 30 minutes for a cashier when it’s your job to have someone step in and replace somebody that’s on break.
