“The paint department is very knowledgeable. The ONLY reasonable place to buy oil base paint mixed to your color. Lowe's doesn't offer this for oil base paint and Sherwin Williams is so expensive for this service. $50-$75 a gallon vrs $125 and up. Hands down Home Depot wins my business. Thank you!”

Right when I was about to cancel my order again I was fortunate enough to get through to Christy the ASM who took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I got my mower that day. It’s rare to find such great people, particularly in retail these days. After this whole experience, I made it a point to drive an hour away to the store to meet Christy in person and share my experience with her manager, Howard, who hopefully makes it a point to acknowledge Christy and make sure she knows how valuable as she is.
