There should be a "0" star option. I have been calling and waiting three months for 5 solar fence caps, they have ordered the wrong size, then lost an order and now they have delivered a box of stair bracket kits in place of my caps. This is the worst store, they are above incompetent,

The lack of customer service the quality of customer service the quality of experience that you deal with working with their employees I can't begin to tell you how frustrating it is on a scale of 1 to 10 I would barely give it a one I could not walk out for with it I had to wait for them to push you through so more waiting more frustration built on the fact is that they don't know how to staff or the phones or their customer service department this store is so pathetic it makes me wanna puke I have worked in Lowe's before and I've never treated customers like tyes I will always shop home depot whenever I can Lowe's I'm sorry if you go out of business no loss because you don't know how to treat customers

Ordered a refrigerator a week a go tomorrow. Ordered Sunday- even though they claim same day or next day delivery I didn’t get it till Tuesday
The refrigerator they delivered has a broken door
Have been trying to get an exchange since Thursday. Store says it’s out of their hands it’s the warehouse. No one wants to pick up the phone at warehouse. And the 1-800 # only give you the run around and you can stay on hold for hours only for them to tell you that their phones are having technical difficulties.
No one wants to calls back
Promises are made and not kept
WOULD NEVER BUY AN Appliance at Lowe’s again!!!!! DO NOT Recommend!!!!

Very rude customer service “lady”. Lowes, you lost an over $2,000.00 sale plus any future ones due to representative whose name begins with the letter ‘L’. Not putting her name on social media, but corporate will be hearing from me. Will never shop at this Lowes again because of her. The manager wouldn’t even answer the phone or come out of the office either. Rude & unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, or working with people, you do not need to be working in customer service.

terrible costumer service. tried returning lumbar and they didn't give us the full amount claiming things were missing. everything was dropped off and picked up how it was. our helper was on her phone sending tiktoks while supposedly trying to figure everything out. super slow service and not helpful.

I'm giving it a one star because the young girl was very helpful but the old man who was supposed to help us was not helpful at all. It was like we were on a time consuming treasure hunt, but it wasn't fun at all. The system they have for finding items is awful. This is the second time we dealt with this. On the website the workers said there were two grills left in the store. However when the older man from Home and Garden department went looking for them he said he couldn't find those last two in the back. He also made us feel like a nuisance for making him look. Management here needs to figure out a new and much better way of doing things.

Recently got a washer and dryer. The reason that I had to replace the latter was due to the first duo who installed the washer and re-installed the old dryer, did something to where the dryer no longer worked. Definitely had to be that when they moved the old dryer the heat element must've shorted out. Since the dryer was working perfectly fine prior to their mishandling of it. Being level header I understand that these sort of things can happen when moving items. Should've known more mistakes would be made when intial washer they brought had dings on it. However they offered to bring a replacement at a later date for the mishap. Or just keep it with a deduction. Chose the former because wasnt sure what internal damage might've took place. Later talking to an associate confirming new delivery of another washer without the blemish, I again informed them what happened. They suggested that I tell the guys who will deliver the newer model that next day. When I informed this new set of deliverers, they indicated to me to please contact Lee Capps, the store manager, who'd make it right to work something out. I attempted to contact him the next day but was not able to discuss with him by phone/face to face the matter at hand. I gave my contact information to an associate in appliances when I was there and she mentioned he'd give me a call later that evening if not the next day. When that did not happen, I tried to call again and was he was on vacation. Then I sent emails to both him and assistant manager Bryan Lancaster but still to no avail. No resolution took place. All in all a frustrating process for was doing this for my grandmother who is soon to be 100. Just wanted to get this all squared away and right for her but they weren't willing. Wasnt sure what the deal was for been members and paid full price so left a bitter taste. Customer service and leadership their is a disgrace.

Do not use this store for the curbside pickup. I repeat do NOT use this store curbside pickup. The staff is surly (I can understand that - it's rough now a days) but the absolute rudeness is unacceptable. They don't answer the phone. I'm in the vulnerable group so I felt uncomfortable going in but I did. Once inside, the staff ignored me while making fun of the people outside that wanted their things brought out to the car. Lowe's has curbside pick up listed first on their website. They work in the curbside pickup area. Possibly the manager needs to connect the dots his current employees. Once my order was basically dropped at my feet, I asked about a cart and the woman jerked her head to one side and said 'out there'. So using curbside =go in and load your cart, don't bother the employees, they're too busy making fun of others.

Update: The next day, cashiers were wearing gloves and the cash registers were being sanitized. THIS NEEDS TO BE SHARED so that managers ensure employees are not putting customers' lives in danger: #lowes Today, I went to Lowe's in Boiling Springs, SC to pick up some necessary items. I was absolutely appalled that the cashier was putting his fingers in his mouth and touching the handles of the bags, as well as the items for purchase. This is absolutely unacceptable. When I complained to mgmt., she apologized, said she would talk with him, and offered to remove the items from the bag. THIS IS NOT SUFFICIENT! He should have immediately been pulled off the cash register and sent to the restroom to wash his hands. The bags should have been discarded and the area sanitized. If he did this in front of me, how many people have been exposed to his germs? Also, how many other people are doing this? I have never asked that something be shared previously but I feel strongly that managers in all businesses need to be training their employees about appropriate and inappropriate behavior during this COVID-19 scare. This man potentially put my life and other people's lives in danger. Highly unacceptable!

One star because the installation guys were nice when they were here. Rude Rob on the customer service call, well, he was rude. I had to replace my dishwasher so I purchased one from this Lowes. They had a sale going on so the dishwasher I purchased wasn't in stock. I waited. 2 weeks later the dishwasher was finally in a stock and the guys came out to install it. After the install (for which they had to splice the plug and use wire nuts to get it in correctly and still couldn't get it in straight. They said my counter was crooked) my sink started leaking. There were several calls between me, the install guys and rude Rob. I kid you not, they blamed me. He literally said "I don't see why we should get blamed for a problem you probably made worse by getting under there and looking at it after we left". I'm floored. As I said, They were nice when they were here. But they literally left me with a new dishwasher I can't use, a sink that I can't use now and a plumbing bill. I was told "we don't touch the plumbing that far back, we hold that joint to make sure it doesn't move". And " we told you it was leaking and you need to get a plumber before we left". They did, I indeed gave them a bucket to put under my sink. After they left I inspected under the sink to see if it had been leaking before. There was absolutely no evidence there had ever been a leak there. And certainly not one that would fill a bucket. I'm so disappointed. It happened to be a Friday at 4pm (literally one of the last 'workdays' before Christmas) by the time I was able to get a plumber on the phone. So now I'm going to have to wait until Monday and pay a plumber out of my own pocket for something they damaged. I'm having to wash my dishes in the bathroom. This is ridiculous. (The photos are just to show what was damaged and the braided line on the left it what hooked into the "t" that got damaged.) I'm dumbfounded by their lack of customer service and responsibility. I'm not a happy customer. They blamed me for what they did and offered not help or even nice words. We won't go back there. Home Depot is more expensive and further away but they now have my business.

Had ordered a ceiling fan from a Lowe's employee. Called 8 days later and they said it was in. I drove there and waited in their customer service while Angela kept jumping back and forth trying to take care of 3 or 4 customers at the same time. Savannah finally checked and said the fan had been picked up. Angela checked and said fan was here but no one knew where it was. Called for the store manger...30 minutes into this "process" and he went to look. 3 or 4 employees standing around in the "customer service" area and doing nothing. Phone is ringing but they ignore. After 45 minutes of wasting my time, I told them to refund my purchase. Angela started working on it and after about 85 keystrokes (no kidding) on the register, she finally finished. Now the manager comes back and said the fan was actually on "back order." I took my refund and went to Home Depot and bought a fan. Poor management...lack of customer service. I will say that Taylor in the ceiling fan dept. is great!

Wow, contracted Lowe's in Boiling Springs to install floors, $11,000 job. From the beginning the Lowe's employee was not professional complaining about Lowe's the entire time. This should have been a sign. After we paid, materials should have been at our home in Springfield within 7-10 days, nothing for 14 days. My father called several times and was put on hold many times and passed from person to person. After 21 days he found the store manager who promised action that very day......nothing. He then went in and demanded to at least know when the job would be done, and was told materials would be delivered that weekend.....nothing. Finally he went in and cancelled the job Monday 05/13/19. Not only did Lowe's Boiling Springs lose this job, but they lost our weekly purchasing, which is no less than $20,000 a year in various things for improving our home. What poor business strategy, to treat loyal customers poorly, driving them (us) to Home Depot. I guess Lowe's is "Not built to last". It is either a poor group of employees and managers at Lowe's Boiling Springs or Lowe's in general is slipping and becoming a non-factor. Either way, we are DONE......

They have horrible customer service desk employees. They're unhelpful and are always annoyed. Never fails whether we call or pick up an online order or exchange items that don't work. The lady at the desk is more interested in her phone than working. I wish there was another home improvement store in town.

I went into this Lowe's with my dog because I needed batteries. After noticing that one side rack didn't have the kind that I needed, I asked an employee who pointed me to customer service, they told me to ask a cashier, then they told me to ask another cashier. I asked FOUR employees who all gave me the run around before telling me "I guess we're out." Then I looked thoroughly for myself, and found the batteries that I needed. This was a huge waste of time, and the employees at this store should be more helpful or at least knowledgeable.
