Went in Friday for an oil change and the service manager explained to me that they were really busy but if I came back Saturday Morning he would take care of my car hisself. I came in at 7:30AM and he was done by 8:30. The service was great and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much.

Meineke was the closest shop to get my car towed to when my car broke down on me. My experience was horrible. I expected pricey, but it was way beyond what I expected. This is a rich person shop. I definitely wouldn't recommend them. When the diagnostics was done I received a text message which was ok, but I like when a mechanic can break down to me what's wrong with my vehicle and why that service/part is important to get fixed. That wasn't done. My car wasn't movable so I didn't have many choices. After coming up with how I was going to pay a guy called saying they couldn't get my old tension belt on and it's going to cost $300 more for a new belt. Tension belt was never mention in the first report. This seemed like a mechanic issue. Got my car back and I have a huge dent in my savings. I just don't see myself going back anytime soon.
